I do not think you can find better, shitty and hard to crack deep blocks like ones deployed by Nuno Santo teams.

To be two goals down having initially deployed a weaker team, then adapt, unlock and then win.....๐Ÿค”

Maybe Our man Rosenior could be having the magical wand to our most stubborn problem after all.

I think Rosenoir would go with Gusto RB, Reece,Enzo and Caicedo in the midfield, Palmer RW and Neto LW

" We should massacre them boys. Then hit them with one chance"

I think that's what he said today

To be honest, my biggest worry is how we are going to effectively transition from defence to attack... And what exactly Delap role will be especially now he can't easily bully the Arsenal CB's

We will see

I would love for us to maintain the same defensive shape and personnel. But bring in Estevao and Palmer as two 10's in place of Enzo and Delap. Our creativity and transition abilities currently are as good as zero.

But I see Hato being sacrificed instead and going back to a back four.. if we maintain Santos and Caicedo in the hole for this, it should still work. Albeit with a little less stability

You cannot start a game too negatively and expect to hold on and win in the last 20 minutes against a big team.

Fear took us down. The dirty first half tactics exposed our coaching naivety

Three players on your left to pass to, you chose to risk it where Estevao would need to win a header to control the ball, how can you think like this?

I think this game would be a learning curve for Rosenior.
Tried back 3 back vs Palace after going 3 nil up and we became a mess

Played three back vs Napoli and was a whole mess till the changes

Played 3 at the back today and it was a mess and we couldnโ€™t attack.

i hope he learns

Chelsea have won one of their past 15 games in all competitions against Arsenal since January 2020.

Chelsea didnโ€™t really deserve to lose yesterdayโ€™s match, but thatโ€™s how football goes. Roseniorโ€™s Chelsea finally looked structured, confident, and difficult to play against. Compared to the chaos at Stamford Bridge in the first leg, this was a huge improvement.

The first leg was the total opposite. Chelsea got pushed around on set pieces and conceded three goals. In this game, Arsenal barely threatened for the first 45 minutes. Their attack was almost nonexistent. Enzo Fernรกndez even tested the keeper before halftime, but the game was slow and tense. Some of you forget Arsenal have one of the best defences in the whole of Europe

Im taking positives from last night!

Andrey Santos won all his 3attempted duels against one of the most physical midfields in the PL. He also misplaced only one of his 44 passes.

Top performance.

Mamadou Sarr's line breaking passes at Strasbourg last season and this season, according to The Athletic.

Flawless use of both feet and still has the second best most completed pass % in Ligue 1. That's class.

Stop with the comparisons. Different teams and Different game states, There are evidence from the past where teams came back from a 1 goal deficit to win the tie. We have normalized losing so youโ€™re justifying the approach of the manager. What shows it would have been the same? Arsenal have worse attackers than Cityโ€™s attack

After all the money spent on players since 2022. Our only decent winger who has above average wing play is Estevao, over 2 billion spent and youโ€™re writing thesis about why and how we shouldnโ€™t have attacked in a must win semi final game against our rivals. One day all this would end.
