This squad is nowhere near good enough to be playing every three days. Zero depth, zero quality, and some of these players shouldn’t be anywhere near a Premier League starting XI. Absolutely embarrassing. That first half was one of the worst I’ve seen in years.

If we’re sticking with non-technical players and the sporting directors continue to drag their feet with potential kids instead of signing actual quality, then we shouldn’t even be talking about Europe. This squad is nowhere near deep enough. With the way it’s been built, once-a-week football is all we’re capable of.

The manager’s setup isn’t helping either. Hato inverts in possession, but when that side loses the ball in which Garnacho did repeatedly, it leaves huge space for counters. Wan-Bissaka and Bowen exploited it all game. Garnacho or Enzo simply can’t lose the ball there, and West Ham knew it. Both goals came from that exact scenario.
