JP could be bringing Delap physicality and Jackson's Work rate all Iced with his own flair and win mentality.
It was only a start, but it looked promising.

Jackson may be killing his Blues career with his childish reactions and stupid mentality, but a fact we cannot fail to appreciate is that it's his work rate and game involvement that always results in the many chances he wastes.
Delap on the other hand makes these little fake moves either to create spaces for blinded passes or for others, but his build up involvement is so blunt and his press triggers are mostly unfruitful.
But what is alarming the most is how plenty of times he is aimlessly walking by out of possession and how many times he loses balls in possession and the terrible effort he puts in to recover the lost ball.
This makes our attack less fluid, predictable and toothless.
The fact is you create more chances with more game movement and involvement.
Diego and Drogba used to be bullies, but their game involvement was also top notch. He may be a better finisher than Jackson, but he needs to work on these things if he is to be decisive

Jackson has been with Chelsea forever. He has been with them throughout the tournament. He understands and knows everything about what Maresca wants.
JP has been here for about three days.
If I were Jackson, I'd be concerned with Maresca preference for JP from the bench. Whether it was a tactical or technical decision it doesn't matter.
I'd be very concerned

#FeelingGood But this Estevao Kiddo was hell bent on eliminating us... Without any shame whatsover
He's on a 2033 contract with us playing his heart out and celebrating ๐๐๐
This is exactly the mentality we need right now.
Both Estevao and Joao Pedro have me unreasonably excited. Canโt wait for them to be fully integrated into the squad.

๐ฃ Jamie Gittens: "I played with Cole at Under-16s and Under-18s, and Liam the same. And Iโve played against Levi (Colwill) from every single time weโd play against Chelsea in the FA Youth Cup, Premier League tournaments, the lot.
I had a couple of text messages from Cole telling me to come, the same from Liam, and all of them were eager for me to join."

Iโm so happy every time we got Maresca. With Maresca he surprises me every time with his tactical approach. His only red flag is his persistent use of James as a DM. We need to protect Maresca at all costs.

~Joao Pedro has won the most penalties in the Premier League for the last two years
- This shows that he runs the defenders rugged. He fights and pushes.
- He has also scored 10 goals against the top 6 teams in the Epl including his time at Watford
- He has also scored against Newcastle and AstonVilla besides the 'Top6'
I think our Directors saw his mentality
