"Mate" said he wins trophies in his second season. 😁 Indeed he has.

Now let United have some shame when they face Aston Villa and fight for that badge

The whole world needs them to man up in that fixture

Sweet Fanta Diallo wants to use back door to enter stage😂

Good morning

Still the Pride of London
Nothing has changed 😉

🗣 Enzo Fernandez: "The first six months with Pochettino cost me a lot physically and I had to start training extra because I felt it was not enough for me.

It worked for me and I feel very good physically and mentally. I grew up a lot and I'm a better player."

🚨 Enzo Fernandez was asked which Argentine national team player you would bring to Chelsea:

He responded, "Julián Álvarez."

Let’s make it 7 on Wednesday 😉

Hugo Ekitike to Chelsea?

Yay or nay?🤔💭

John Terry wishing everyone a good morning via Instagram 🤣👏

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 England release squad for upcoming games in June.

First call for Trevoh Chalobah. 💯

I’ve watched and written plenty on João Pedro over the years.

Summary thoughts:
🟢 Class player. Technical, creative, smart with ball, strong finisher. Can not only drop deep to link up, is positionally flexible. Goals + assists joint package.
🟢 Strong, tenacious, good shithousery to him. Leadership (captained Watford at times). Type that seems to rise to occasions.
🟡 More 9.5 than true 9. Often plays with a more classic 9. He likes to roam and find pockets.
🟡 Has had lots of small recurring injuries.

Some will point out many of his goals are PKs. The fact he is often NOT deployed at 9 is the main reason, less shots per game when not playing as 9 as you’d expect. His G to xG ratio is fine.

- Originally a DM at youth level, but a Flu coach told him he'd be good upfront at 16. Scored 15 goals (!) his first 3 games.
- Arriving at Watford physicality and speed of play biggest differences. Ball runs faster in cold weather.
- All he'd do is practice then hit the gym. After lock down he was stronger and suddenly 'the game got easier'.
- Takes big dig at Nigel Pearson (Watford manager his first season). Lied to repeatedly saying he'd play him and then wouldn't. Only made 3 PL appearances that yr.
- Had option to go out loan when Watford was relegated but wanted to play in Championship to prove himself in England and prepare for PL.
- Friends with Muniz (Fulham striker), who came through at Flamengo while he was at Fluminense. He scored 36 goals at youth level and Muniz scored 32 the same year.
