Insanity

I think Jackson behaves the way he does because he knows we overly rely on him. If the Newcastle incident is not a great reason why we need to get a better level headed striker, then his wastage in front of goal should.

It's not like his work rate (which is his strength) is not irreplaceable even now. Neto has proved as effective as him in the false 9 role. The only question is how we make the adjustments in midfield.

The trick I believe is playing two 8's of Enzo and Caicedo alongside a sitting Lavia with more emphasis on Enzo Joining the attack. This would call shifting Palmer to the right wing and Noni on the left.

You then ask Palmer to be cutting in and leave the wide width for a true fullback in Reece or Gusto.

With Neto ability to stretch wings and still play false 9, solving the Jackson absence puzzle is just easy

Going into the transfer window, getting a better striker is not an option. Jackson doesn't offer plenty of goals and he should never hold the team hostage with his stupid antics.

We once called on Enzo to reign on Noni's childishness, he did and it's working. Fate has presented Maresca with the opportunity to cut Jackson's insane horns once and for all

This is the PSG Formation in their last match. 3-3-1-3. They won 4-1

Soccer being a game of chess, imaginations are only limited by fear.

I really hope the second half performance against Newcastle gave Maresca food for thoughts on just what we can achieve if he thinks outside the box of normalcy.

With a man less, we played one of the most dynamic, expansive, futuristic football, and still as commanding of possession as he always prefers.

A masterclass only befitting what we experienced with Barcelona and PSG in the UCL.

Imagine, Screw fear, and chase the deer.

That's what we should be about.

Impose possibility , depose impossibility.

After all the tension has settled, Nicolas Jackson has to actually leave the team, here are my reasons for thisπŸ‘‡πŸΌ

1. Childish/ immature behavior : Jackson's constant fighting with referees and childish behavior creates a toxic environment, undermining team morale and cohesion. His arrogance prevents him from recognizing the negative impact he has on others, he concedes dumb fouls while’s being a terrible teammate when the whole team struggles

2. Stagnant Development: Despite repeated opportunities, Jackson consistently fails to improve his decision-making skills,His arrogance blinds him to constructive criticism, hindering his growth and preventing him from reaching his full potential, instead of taking Mikel’s criticism as motivation he went on to attack him for that.

3. Lack of Accountability: Jackson's refusal to acknowledge his shortcomings, particularly gets angry when substituted, demonstrates a lack of accountability. His arrogance leads him to believe he is above reproach, hindering his ability to learn from his mistakes and contribute effectively to the team. This had been a recurring theme since last season and he might have just denied the club of Champions League football.

This is the right time to get rid of Nicolas Jackson although i was a very big fan of him
