Taking notes from their first interviews and falling in love with the “Trust the process” speeches….without actually trusting the process.
In reality, there is no coach without tactics or ideas on how he wants his team to play.

I just hope this guy would have time to implement his ideas because records show that he is a very tactically stubborn coach and might not change even due to pressure from the fans… something I know this fanbase hates the most.

You're kind of right with the blind followers but there is legitimate reasons to be optimistic.

1. There is little turnover compared to the last few seasons

2. Most players now have atleast 1 year of first team experience

3. A well bonded squad with good vibes and little fallout from Poch leaving

4. A short yet good run of form

Its a pretty great situation to come into as a new manager.
