It took 4 coaches, the whole season to make sure we successfully finish 12th and we had experienced players in the squad, with one of the worst football we have seen this club play in a long time, with boring wins and exciting losses.

Then this season we are complaining it took just one coach 33 games to make us 7th and possibly challenge for Europe:

1.With an entirely new squad who have never played football together.

2.Not only that but in the toughest league in the world and majority of these players who don’t have pl experience.

3. Oh he hasn’t even been able to see most of his ace players fit, not that the regular ones are even fit.

4. He then made Cucurella into a solution. The solution himself was injured for a significant part of the season.

5. We still have an unstable structure with people going out of the club everyday for God knows what.

6. With very good football that we are enjoying and very good players that we can boast of as a club to our rivals since Eden left.

But then we choose to ignore reality because we have STANDARDS,

….but the truth is there was nothing standard about this club last season and beginning of this season, from the players, to the management, to the club structure, to the staff we had lost almost all of that, a completely new club, the only thing left was the blue shirt and pride,

…..which Poch and these set of players are trying to adapt fast enough to fight for in these crazy set of conditions. 33 games seems long to you but it could have taken longer.

…….Splashing money doesn’t guarantee success, you have to develop the hunger to fight, for every game, for every ball and that Arsenal game and Aston Villa first half woke up that will in these guys. We will only get better.

Do y’all genuinely think Poch just tells a bunch of teenage boys, go and do your best and express yourself and we would go toe to toe with the best clubs in Europe?

Just because we don’t have a Netflix documentary and his coaching clips are not all over the internet? Didn’t we see this man in preseason and see how these same admins analyzed his training sessions?

How many chances have we wasted this season? We are equal with arsenal in terms of big chance creation and higher than Aston Villa.

He has created a system where our attackers thrive, including Cole.

There is no Chelsea player in the top 9 in terms of chance creation so if it’s not coming from a particular player where is it coming from if not the tactics and system.

Isn’t it ironic how all the coaches in the top 7 are seen as top class coaches apart from Poch? Because our fan base doesn’t support.

He complains of balance because we don’t have the same quality in defense… and you just can’t thrive without quality in that area of the pitch.
