The deeper you analyse Omari Hutchinson, the better he looks. We should try and extend his contract and loan him to a Premier League club, preferably Ipswich.

We can't afford to lose him. It helps that he can play LW, CAM, RW. He's a player that can help the squad in a couple of years.

What I like most about him is how well he uses both feet. Most left-footers are left-foot biased but the boy makes excellent crosses and shoots accurately with his right foot, which means as a winger, defenders will struggle to predict the direction he's going to go.

And he has been clinical with his finishing in the Championship this season, over-performing his xG by 4 goals. Our wingers struggle with the defensive side of the game but he has improved so much defensively as the season progressed. Not shy to press and track runners when needed. All these in his first season in man's football.

We must do everything to tie him down. He can play for Chelsea in future. His talent is good enough.
