Absolutely crazy amount of talent. The problem is many of these youngsters would probably need a transition league or club before moving to Stamford Bridge. Many of them will surely have some magical moments this season, but also many of them will struggle to stabilize their form to perform at their best in every game.

The approach has clearly changed, which is exciting for someone like me, but some CFC fans need to learn that the new way will be very long and it's rather a marathon, not a sprint. Not everyone will accept this, especially since success is not guaranteed.

It looks like an ambitious attempt of mixing transition & destination club philosophies.

This may be the beginning of something great, or in a few years we will consider that it was just an experiment, very interesting, but not entirely successful.
