Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou is an admirer of Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher's energetic approach and believes he would fit in well to his plans. But, as things stand, Chelsea would be reluctant to sell.

There are also emerging concerns at Chelsea that they are strengthening their direct rivals too frequently after selling Mason Mount to Man United and Mateo Kovacic to Man City this summer.

Chukwuemeka: "Enzo is great and he’s always talking to me, giving me advice on what passes to play and things like that. It’s top to play with Enzo bcos he’s a great guy & a class player. I’m learning things off him every day that I can add to my game and I hope it's vice versa."

I am worried about is my club's public image.

Over the past year, we've given the impression we don't know what we're doing and our reputation has taken a hit. Needs to be addressed immediately.

Chaos is normal in football, especially at Chelsea. However, even by our standards, this is not good or acceptable.

Image is everything and our image right now is bad. We're seen as a club with no direction, and a lot of moves we make reinforces that outlook.

I hope the club realizes the importance of projecting the right image.

Rivals trying to nick our best talents (Liverpool and Colwill, Newcastle and Hall) is bad. It shouldn't happen.

A club like Brighton pulling down our pants in press conferences is humiliating. Shouldn't happen.

And almost all of it comes down to one thing - a lack of respect for the club from competitors.

The only way to fix this is by avoiding public PR battles and by winning on the pitch.
