Crystal Palace are in talks over a deal for Chelsea centre-back Axel Disasi as they prepare for Maxence Lacroix to head to Stamford Bridge.

Lacroix, 26, is closing on a move to join Xabi Alonso’s squad for the new Premier League season now his World Cup campaign with France is completed. And it is understood that Disasi has been discussed as a season-long loan as the two clubs negotiate a deal.
