Everton have agreed a deal worth up to £24 million, including add-ons, to sign Chelsea winger Tyrique George.

It’s understood Everton have renegotiated the upfront fee to £18m with a remaining £6m in add-ons based on European qualification and appearances, while Chelsea have included a 15% sell-on clause.

With the deal now subject to personal terms and a medical, George is poised to become Everton’s second summer arrival.

#LATEST: Dastan Satpaev (17 | CF) has been considered for a Strasbourg loan for several months.

However, he will first complete pre-season under Xabi Alonso, after which Chelsea will assess his development before deciding his next step.

A loan to Strasbourg is not guaranteed, with other loan destinations also under consideration.
