RC Strasbourg midfielder Valentin Barco has announced his departure on Instagram from the Ligue 1 side.
It’s believed the 21-year-old midfielder is heading to Stamford Bridge this summer, although Chelsea have yet to confirm any deal.
Barco is expected to sign a six-year deal with the Blues ahead of the 26-27 season.
