Maresca guided Chelsea to wins over Spurs, Burnley and Wolves, alongside a draw against Arsenal with 10 men. #Chelsea conceded 1 goal all month.

Maresca on winning Manager of the Month: ‘’This kind of thing, it's because you do the right things. Performances and results were fantastic. We didn't start December in the way we like. Three games in a row in one week, we didn't get the results we expect, but we focus on the next one."
