Corinthians are in advanced negotiations to sell 16-year-old left-back Denner to Chelsea.
The Blues have offered €8 million fixed plus €4.5 million in bonuses.
If the deal is finalised, Denner will only be able to play for Chelsea after he turns 18, in February 2026.
