𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐈𝐀𝐋: Chelsea goalkeeper Max Merrick has completed a loan move to National League South side Hampton & Richmond. 🤝

An England youth international, Merrick has featured regularly for the Under-21s this season across all competitions and was also included in the first-team squad for the Conference League fixtures against Noah and Astana.

The 19-year-old will now continue his development in senior football with the Beavers.

BREAKING: #Chelsea are set to sign Mamadou Sarr from RC Strasbourg. An agreement is in place between Chelsea and Sarr, who will remain with Strasbourg on loan. Negotiations are ongoing over a fee of around €20M.

West Ham United have agreed a deal with Chelsea to reunite new head coach Graham Potter with his trusted recruitment analyst Kyle Macaulay.

Macaulay has worked with Potter at all four of the previous clubs he has coached at – Ostersunds, Swansea City, Brighton and Chelsea – and is one of the 49-year-old’s closest confidants.

Potter was appointed successor to former head coach Julen Lopetegui earlier this month and took two members of his old Chelsea staff, Billy Reid and Bruno Saltor, with him to the London Stadium.

Macaulay remained at Chelsea after Potter was sacked, working with sporting directors Paul Winstanley and Laurence Stewart, together with co-director of recruitment Joe Shields and director of global recruitment Sam Jewell.

But he is now expected to move with Potter after a compensation deal was agreed between West Ham and Chelsea, and Macaulay expressed a desire to join Potter in East London. All that remains is for some paperwork to be finalised.
