STARTING XI:
Sanchez - 6.5: Made some important saves. Couldnโt do much about the goals, but his distribution was below-par with unnecessary turnovers.
Gusto - 4: Caught out of position a lot of the time with Fulham enjoying space down his side.
Tosin - 6.5: Overall, solid game in terms of defending, but could perhaps have moved the ball a bit quicker.
Colwill - 5.5: Positive passing throughout the game, and claimed an assist for Palmerโs goal. But should have done better for both their goals. His defending overall needs to improve.
Cucurella - 6: Continued to be a threat in the opponentโs box with two good chances.
Fernandez - 6.5: Involved in Chelseaโs attacking play often. Nearly scored a great goal but Leno was equal to it.
Caicedo - 6.5: Strong performance overall; nothing like his usual standards but he made some good tackles and passed the ball well.
Neto - 5.5: Spent a lot of the game working off the ball and defending, but made a good cross at the end. Could have done better for Fulhamโs first goal.
Palmer - 7: Brilliant solo goal, a moment of magic. Created a few opportunities with some nice touches in the game but could have scored more.
Sancho - 5: Starting to shoot more now, but too many unnecessary touches. Quiet performance overall.
Jackson - 5.5: Created opportunities and won a fair amount of fouls, but the final third was lacking.
SUBSTITUTES:
Nkunku - N/A Had a chance at the end, but needs to press better. His game lacks energy.

Former Chelsea keeper Schwarzer on Fulham's winning goal:
๐ฃ๏ธ "Robert Sanchez looked to hit a massive diagonal and he doesnโt hit it properly.
That enabled Fulham to hit them on the counter and players were caught out of position. The goalkeeper has to look at himself, it was a poor clearance."

Enzo Maresca ahead of Ipswich Town [A] in the Premier League:
๐ค โWe will see if we make one change or two changes or three changes, now itโs a bit early, but for sure we are going to change something.
โFor sure after a game you need to go again, no matter the result. Especially this month. We have already played eight or nine games in December, in 26 or 27 days. Now itโs also important to recover the energy and go again on Monday.โ

โWe never thought we would win every game.
โWe lost on the 18 August, and then after two months, and then after two months. But we know the reality is not just to lose one game every two months. Itโs a matter of how we react and try to go again.โ
Maresca also confirmed ahead of the trip to Suffolk that Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall missed the Fulham defeat because of injury, while Noni Madueke and Renato Veigaโs omission from the matchday squad was a โtechnical decisionโ.

โI think all the Premier League games are complicated; no matter the other team. You see every game we play, it is always complicated. You see the other team, you struggle to beat teams and I think the Ipswich game will be exactly the same.โ
