๐๐๐๐๐: Sol Gordon has signed his first professional contract with Chelsea shortly after celebrating his 17th birthday. โ๏ธ
Gordon joined the club during his Under-8s season after progressing through the development centre programme and has moved through the age groups since, joining Hassan Sulaimanโs Under-18s squad full-time for the current campaign.
Last season he was part of the Chelsea Under-16s side which won the Premier League National Tournament and played a pivotal role in the Under-17 Premier League Cup victory, beating Wolverhampton Wanderers in the final at Molineux.
This season Gordon has continued to progress, scoring eight goals so far across the Under-18 Premier League and Under-18 Premier League Cup, most recently hitting a brace in Saturdayโs 4-1 win at Millwall in the latter competition.
