About the Markaz (تعريف بالمركز):

“مركز الإمام السعدي للقرآن والعلوم الشرعية مؤسسة علمية تعنى بتعليم القرآن الكريم وعلومه، ونشر العلوم الشرعية وفق منهج أهل السنة والجماعة، مستمدة أصولها من الوحيين، مع العناية بالتأصيل العلمي والتربية الإيمانية، وتأهيل طلبة العلم في سائر العلوم الإسلامية.”

“The Imam al-Sa‘di Center for Qur’an and Islamic Sciences is an academic institution dedicated to teaching the Noble Qur’an and disseminating Islamic sciences in accordance with the methodology of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah. It draws its foundations from the two revelations (Qur’an and Sunnah), focusing on academic grounding and spiritual cultivation, preparing students with mastery in various Islamic sciences.”

This weekends lessons will be after ‘Asr (roughly 3:30 on Saturday and 4:30 on Sunday, due to daylight savings beginning). Brothers only in person for the time being. The class will be broadcast for sisters and anyone else who would like to benefit.

We will be benefitting from the resource manuals pictured above: Contemplating Over the Qur’an (days 8-9 [book one]),and “The Miracle of the Qur’ān and Its Amazing Effect on the Heart.” إن شاء الله

In person class Sunday at ‘Asr (إن شاء اللّه ). No in person class today

Allah willing, Today (Sunday) after ‘Asr, there will be an in-person lesson for brothers, covering Days 12-15 of Contemplating the Quran (book 2). All are welcome to attend. Bring a book and paper for light note-taking. For those unable to attend in person, the lesson will be broadcast live باذن الله
