In nature magnesium is found in combination with other minerals and vitamins –
especially Vit D, K A , E - this makes it bioavailable to the body… many isolated
magnesium products can cause tummy upsets etc / are not absorbed because they don’t come with the right minerals and vitamins to allow the body to use it. That’s why I’m very careful with what magnesium I use.
