Cilantro contains an antibacterial compound called dodecenal, which can kill salmonella bacteria and prevent salmonella poisoning. It is highly beneficial for various conditions including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, arthritis, diabetes, viral and bacterial infections, hepatitis, colitis, obsessive-compulsive disorders, autism, Tourette syndrome, infertility, and Bell’s palsy.
