Sorry guys. It's been a really stressful night. We have all the registrations that were previosuly submitted. Those will not be lost. We're going to do some backend work to provide more capacity. That'll take us through to the weekend. We dont know when and we cant give an ETA.

In the mean time, if you have concerns about duplicate payments or any other weirdness, email us at registration@campferal.org. We'll try to respond as quickly as possible, but it cannot be immediately.

Then we have you locked in for that registration. You can return and finish your registration at a later date. Every step through the process is recorded as you go. Once you make it past the page in the screen shot, you're recorded with a membership. Paid or not, you're recorded.

The short RCA tonight is that:
1) our shared-hosting provider didn't have enough CPU to handle both our wordpress site and our convention master site. Fixed by shunting our emailed link directly to CM
2) our shared-hosted database has a limit to the number of concurrent connections (20) that it will allow. We hit that.

That meant web staff was unable to administer the site. Couldn't get into the console and fix things like "My IP has been blocked". And we couldn't see the registration number to know when to switch to a waiting list.

So we'll approach this again with better infrastructure. With apologies to y'all.

If you are ALREADY registered and need to add in anything (bus ticket, shirt, hoodie) to your purchase or would like to upgrade your registration level: go back into your account, you'll verify your info again (it will look like you're registering again) and just work you're way through until you’ve done the whole process again with the new purchases/upgrades. But there will be plenty of time to do this between now and camp. 👍

Waiting list is now active.

This does NOT mean you can’t go to camp, but we'll be working through the waiting list manually in the order of when your registration came in, and as spots are available due to cancellations.

If you ARE registered: if you didn't finish Pay Pal payment, you can go back through and finish it. Please do so now or we will come and start chasing you. ;) Registered campers who have NOT paid at least the deposit are at risk of losing their spot to waiting list folks.

Oi to any of you reg'd or recently waitlisted folks who also happen to be DJ's also come talk to me if you havnt already. Applications for that should be open in the near future~

It's ok if you have people in the waiting list, you can just point that out and send updates if you wish.
