미국 공화당 대통령 후보인 도널드 트럼프 전 대통령은 19일(현지시간) 미국에서 전기차 구입시 제공하는 7천500달러(약 1천18만원)의 세액 공제 혜택을 재집권시 폐지할 수 있음을 시사했다고 로이터 통신이 보도했다.
로이터에 따르면 트럼프 전 대통령은 이날 펜실베이니아주에서 유세 후 이 통신과의 인터뷰에서 인플레이션감축법에 따른 전기차 세액 공제에 대해 "웃기는 일"이라며 폐지 가능성을 시사했다.
