I think differently than most people so I’m going to break this down very simply. I posted some links to court cases in the US the other day. Because of peer-to-peer network issues in a period twenty years ago, the Supreme Court held that developers can be liable for peer-to-peer software. Now, the bit everybody seems to be missing is how do you stop everyone.

I have made the point innumerable times that bitcoin is a small world network and hence both exchanges and miners require large-scale highly connected networks.

If you start to think about what that means, it requires DNS. It requires IP addressing. Not Tor level but commercial grade Internet.

All of these can be cut off the Internet. Think about what an exchange can do if it violates court orders and is no longer connected to the Internet.

I know that people have these false ideas about satellites and the use of the TOR network, but the reality is only one sort of node matters on the bitcoin network for processing, and that is the miner.

Any miner thing to use either the Blockstream crippled satellite system or the TOR network will find that they cannot adequately process transactions and very quickly find that they are not competitive. The highly connected small-world network of bitcoin was designed for a purpose. It was designed so that people cannot create the system that they seem to want. It was designed to deliver the system I wanted.

Ask Calvin about domains.

Trust me; domain seizure is simple. When I was doing work for various copyright agencies, including RIAA and other related organisations in Australia, courts ended up seizing domains and servers very frequently.

Ask coinbase what the value of the organisation will be if they are taken off the Internet.

if coinbase desires a fight, they can do it while not connected to clients

People run around saying how bitcoin will survive a nuclear apocalypse. Please think about that for a moment. No Internet, no bitcoin.

Do you still think that bitcoin will be here if the world has an apocalypse? In my Internet I don’t mean modems or carrier pigeon. I mean high-speed broadband.

When I stated that I wass setting up of royal fork.

That does not mean that the move would be six months ago or nine months but rather when the positions are on the board

you should start to realise that I don't think three moves ahead.

But I will say...

Checkmate in three

Yes, wait for what follows

In case you haven’t gotten this, bitcoin is the least resilient anarchist anti-law system ever developed in human history. However, it is the easiest, most traceable system for the rule of law countries, and it is simultaneously the most resilient system when used within a legal framework.

Trust me when I tell you that no judge globally will ever believe the lies after the cases are finished. All of the crypto anarchist bullshit will be gone.

So the sixty billion dollar prize here is as follows

What happens tto accompany such as coinbase if they lose their domain and Internet access because they have breached a court order?

remember, this is a fiduciary company

this is an organisation covered under monetary law

what do you think the value of coinbase with no web apps

no domain

no client access

no Apis

will be worth?

do you really think that any of this is going to work out with a bunch of anarchist companies telling judges what they ccan and can't do

and just remember

block'd stream satellite is complete shit and helps nobody including box room

and when customers cannot connect?

until they comply

not for a small period of time but potentially for ever

Internet company with no Internet is worth what

???

funny enough

exchanges are fiduciaries

under the changes to banking law

the CEO of an eexchange in America is criminally liable

20 to 30 years in prison

just saying

and they don't even if you lube

The trouble with the W&K partnership theory...

1. It was formed in 2011

2. W is Lynn Wright
K IS Kleiman
Info Defence is the 2009 company I founded (and David was never a share holder).

33.33% each.

Changes after with Lynn, company etc

Wright International Ltd owned Info Def.

Not the other way, so... the 2009 company is not in any way traced to WK.

Tulip Trading Ltd has no link to wK.
