The date format in bitcoin when it was launched was not American
Next, the original images on the website from the launch in 2009 in January detail transfers
these transactions started running on 3 January
the screen capture was done late at night
the simple answer here is that the original version of bitcoin before the restart was running and was tested and had multiple transactions
As I stated - it was restarted
And, it was loaded then on the site

Something to remember.
There are no victimless crimes. Fraud is not a victimless crime, and these claims that we need to be respectful and remember people like Pony Fluffer are completely utterly asinine.
Stating that he has more money now is also irrelevant.
His charge and is facing conviction for doing a major crime. This commented that it only 100,000 at a time just demonstrates the ignorance many people have and display in the so-called Cryptocurrency community.
Whilst we have to await the process of the court, if we assume that this is valid for the moment, then we need to assume that he is not this nice person that everyone claims that he is and that I’ve been saving for a long time that is not.
Whilst he may have more money than that now, the reality is that this individual has destroyed lives. Importantly, fraud is not something that leaves individuals in the community without any damage. In taking that money, he has enriched himself no differently than any thief.
All of these people who claim that anarchy will save us need to remember that there are people like this who will parasitically destroy any system without governance.
This is a person who before starting a system designed to make drug sales more efficient demonstrated his disrespect not only for the law but for other people. In committing financial frauds a person is stealing from others and destroying lives.
So, when people like Cobra tell you to remember this person, remember that it turns out that he is guilty, we should be remembering that the jail cell is not dark enough, not cold enough not dank enough and he will not ever suffer enough to repay the damage that he has done to other people. This sort of fraudulent misappropriation leads to suicide and destroyed lives. It leads to failed businesses and the crushed hopes of those who are honest.
What we should be remembering is that no prison will make up for those losses and that no amount of time will ever repay the victims of such crimes.
Next remember, this is the person running a financial system for many years. A person holding control over code and the implementation of monetary systems that you needed to trust a person who is obviously being demonstrated to be less than trust worthy.

Fraudulent misrepresentation is the making of a false statement designed to deceive people.
Certain people out there claim that they invented hash cash and that this is used in bitcoin mining. Hashcash is not used in bitcoin mining. Although a certain person did update the code after the creation of bitcoin, that was not his creation but rather the implementation of bitcoin’s algorithm so that he could claim this false attribution.
If you sit there claiming that you are a cryptographer when you have no training in cryptography and your academic training is utterly unrelated to it, and you have not ever published an algorithm, you are deceiving people.
If you claim that you invented hash cash and thus the proof of work methodology used in bitcoin, you are also attempting to deceive people.
That when coupled with the creation of a large corporate entities such as the one called Blockstream that has a financial goal means that you are deceiving people and misrepresenting yourself for financial gain. That is by definition fraud.

Mr Back owes a fiduciary duty to people as the producer of software and one of the minds behind Core. As such, publicly representing that he is the creator of the proof of work algorithm behind bitcoin and actively changing his website to falsely make this seem to be the case is not merely a reckless statement which also would happen to be a criminal action but is knowingly acting.
This is the real reason why these individuals attack me and what I stand for. The interesting thing with the COPA case is all of this will come out. Mr Back will probably want to go into hiding because this form of misrepresentation comes with serious penalties including multiple years imprisonment.
This of course is why these individuals are so loud and seek to create false narratives around what they’re doing. It is also why the COPA case is an absolute error on their part. They can no longer escape through playing with jurisdiction and now the case will be extended to demonstrate the wide range of frauds being conducted in this industry.
Pony fluffer is only the first of many that will start to face imprisonment. Individuals such as Mr Back have been making false claims for years and doing so in order to deceive people to invest in the company they started.
