Whereas I am bound by contract, under law, a receiver or administrator in bankruptcy is not
That was the purpose of the trust over companies that held the coins and database
Wright International existed to ensure that I am not linked to the coins directly.
The ATO lost in court, but that was only finalised in March 2013.
I agreed to the Bitcoin Foundation being created in Dec 2010 for the purpose of removing myself as the flaw in Bitcoin
I allowed the domain to be managed without my involvement so that I could not be used as the attack on bitcoin
The issues started in 2009, but in 2010, the start of Silk Road created an interest from the Australian Crime Commission
Add Wiki leaks and the shit got real.
All these assholes who hate me have no idea what I went through to ensure that Bitcoin survived. And, as soon as I was out, they changed my system.
