Reminiscing on it since yesterday night !
I read it somewhere in lockdown of 2020, Post exhausting my attempts And couldn’t relate to it more

  “ गर मेरी कहानी में, मैं हारी हूँ.......
       तो फिर जीतना भी मुझे ही है.......”

Translated it means ,

“If in my story,
I am the one who has lost…
then it is also
I who must win.”

Hope it means something too for you all !!

Hello Everyone ,

I have announced the
KEYSTONE Prelims mentorship batch for 2026
Admissions are ongoing.

Students enrolled have already started studying with strategy n discipline.

Serious Aspirants who want to join the Mentorship
please DM
@lifeandcsewithnavya4
Brochure with details will be shared.

Please Note :
This batch has limited seats and the admissions are only open till 23rd Feb.

I ll not be announcing any more batches in month of March , April or May
Why ?
Because if you count ,
your 3 month countdown till CSP 26 starts from 24th Feb !

And I don’t believe one can crack Prelims if he/she studies without strategy or guidance for less than 3 months.
In 3 months , we have to cover from basics to advanced , from analysing strengths weaknesses to working on obstacles, mindset and paper attempt strategy plus lot more !

So, no time to waste !

Hello Everyone ,
So I conducted a poll yesterday And I want to thank those who voted.

Few significant observations:

1. A significant 42-45% students have been studying for 7-8 hrs
Good 👏🏽👏🏽 keep it up

2. 8% have candidly admitted they ll study from march - I appreciate their honesty.

3. But , combo of 2 categories (5-6) and (3-4) hrs = 41% students

Almost half of the students are devoting less time .
Now the reasons could be anything ranging from valid to
Merely an excuse.

I do hope you know that studying less near to exam will not translate into success.
I feel sometimes doing something half heartedly is worse than doing nothing.

It should be either 0 or 100%
Nothing in between !

You shouldnt be worrying n regretting on May 24th
6 pm that I could have prepared better this year!

I always love that student who after the exam says “I did my best”
And you know
NOW your best is not
3-4 / 5-6 hrs

Yes , I am including 5-6 hrs ppl too. Because I know , you could push for more
Why settle for less???

Whatever is the distraction/ issue/ excuse
Eliminate it from your life!

In 20s, if you are prioritising
Anything other than career
You are going to have a hard time later in life.

42% vs 41%
U decide !

PS: those studying 7-8 hrs
Somebody is clocking 10-11 hrs. Thats your competition!

And you know what ?
Those clocking 10-11 hrs ,
they are their own competition.
Undistracted + Unbothered

When you move to do anything out of ordinary , you ll be first facing your fears !
Amongst many, few will be
Fear of being left alone,
Fear of failure , fear of ridicule on not achieving your goal

But most of the times in this preparation , fear transforms into
Fear of a particular subject
Fear of objective questions
Fear of answer writing practice
Fear of sitting continuously for 2-3 hours
Fear of performing in exam in constrained time
Fear of missing out on materials/ test series/ famous founders faculties n mentor run programs
Fear of speaking in front of a panel
Fear of what future will bring ?

But thats the learning
You have a hidden lesson where your fear lies
You have to face your fear anyhow

If you dont , its going to create obstacles in your path somehow!

If you face your fear ,

Yours is the Earth and everything that’s in it,
   And which is more
you’ll be a Man, my son!

#public service announcement

Hello Everyone ,

Yesterday , I saw a reel by a faculty
Promoting mindmaps for all subjects, esp polity

I hope you know , mindmaps
Wont help you crack CSE
Mindmaps / summaries at max
Can help in some state service and other exams where factual questions are asked
( some state services have moved beyond that and giving
Equal competition to UPSC)

So , dont waste time in collecting such summaries and mindmaps

You need to go for conceptual clarity which ll happen with multiple revisions of standard material and adequate practice of MCQs based on those subjects

If shortcuts would work
Then, many would have easily qualified - which is not the case!!

Be a tortoise
Slow steady confident
and move with clarity !

Still in the grind of appearing for
PT of CSE 2027
Or
Again appearing in this exam - studying for CSP 2028
or
Searching for a new career because
You couldnt be sincere n diligent when you had the chance
Or
A modern age monk in Himalayas

Think , where will you be ?
and take actions in accordance to what you plan to do and be in 2028

Most Aspirants generally live in illusion
I am studying , solving tests , have joined XYZ MODULE AND test series but still are not able to crack prelims year in year out

Instead of giving positive affirmations
Take this as a reality check and
ASK YOURSELF

what am I doing this time which will again ensure I dont qualify?

You heart knows the answer
You just are too fearful to acknowledge it openly
Think about it
And modify your preparation

Hello Everyone ,

Today is March 25th 2026
We are exactly 2 months 60 days away from
May 24th 2026

So , here are some guidelines to
Maximise ROI and be on right track

1. 25th march to 15th April
Aim for first round of revision

If some subjects are left , divide the day into 2 slots :
First slot : cover untouched subjects like AMAC, Sci n Tech ,
IR etc.

Second slot: revision of already covered important subjects like
Eco , polity , geog , envt , MH

Agenda
> is to cover 2 GS subjects together ,
> kickstarting simultaneously the first solid round of Revision of major subjects
> START / continue CSAT PRACTICE
> PLAN MOCK FLTs every weekend ( one minimum every week , increase frequency 2-3 in April)
> wrap up CA OF May / June to Dec 2025 in this phase
> PYQs practice + in depth analysis
> revise Mapping everyday few minutes

16,17,18th April - buffer days

2. 19th April to 9th May
Second solid round of revision

> Revise everything
Include all subjects
std textbooks +
Ncerts+ mock tests solution+ CA + CSAT+ Mapping

> Aim Year wise CSP paper practice in weekdays
( start from 2025 go backwards as further as you can
Aim till 2016)

> practice CSAT on daily basis
> cover CA of Jan to March first
Then April when its released.

> appear for coaching open mocks / FLTs till 10th May only

But do write Mocks till then
focussing on
-time management , -comfortable range of question attempt
- avoiding silly mistakes and
- risk taking skill( its not god gifted , its developed)

3. 10th May to 23rd May

>Quick revision round aiming for topics which are difficult for memory retention/ need a thorough look!
( this is only possible when you have developed a personalised index of such topics for every subject)

> Practice only CSP papers
>Revise solution of open mocks
> no new material or compilation- only revision
> do only what increases your confidence( no negative thoughts)

All the best !
Study well !

Sometimes, we are Pursuing CSE because of some external factor -
parent's pressure,
ego boost in front of relatives/ society or
its simply a "tool to avenge" past academic non achievements - You being unable to crack JEE/ NEET or not securing admission in top colleges in India like St. stephens, LSR , SRCC etc.

I am always asking this question to my students - whom do you think will really be affected in long and short term if you dont crack CSE ?

In short term - the list could be long :
Parents
siblings
GF/BF
friends ( because they have seen you slog hard and empathise with You )

In long term - after 5/7 Years ,
It ll be only YOU, who will be affected !

WHY ??
Because feelings of career stability , peace in life , overall work satisfaction commensurate to your IQ and EQ will elude you in late 20s n 30s !

So, DO THIS FOR YOURSELF !
Don't look for external motivation but do it with a sense of commitment and Promise to yourself only !!

# PRELIMS 2026
# MOCK Test scores

You all are worried because some of you have not been able to score 90+ in mocks

Mock test scores are never the one n only parameter
to test your preparation status !

But whats the purpose of open mocks then ?

Instead of fixating n comparing scores , Do deeper analysis !

Do subject wise analysis!
Are you committing more mistakes in polity , envt or economics ??

Where are you committing mistakes
Whats the probable reason behind it ??

> Getting static wrong
- revise static then multiple times !
> Do pyqs properly - helps understand impt themes n topics - build conceptual depth n clarity in those topics

> If CA questions are getting wrong ,
Check which months of CA you missed( most mocks are picking up CA from January onwards)

> Get aware about themes which are important - if they are getting wrong then prepare those topics well
Fr ex mapping, intl bodies, resources etc.

> Also check
Attempt strategy
How mny questions you attempted ?
If attempting less than 80
Take risks
If attempting more than 90
Minimise negatives!

Dont get bogged down by low scores now
- focus on why’s n how’s
N u ll see a great jump in actual exam score.

#Sleep

Good morning everyone ,
Many of you are struggling from sleep issues.
You want to sleep but you stay awake . Then you pick up your phone , scroll reels , thinking it ll bring you sleep But it doesnt .

Next day you wake up groggy
Having brain fog
Feel unfocussed and guilt of not studying productively and the vicious cycle repeats .

Few suggestions :
1. Sleep requires peace

After an entire day of stress, you need to unwind
Listen to some sleep meditation / yoga nidra ( many available on youtube)
Do meditation to relax your
over fried brain
Practice it for 7-10 days to feel the difference.

2. Please dont touch your phone post 9 pm. The blue light wreaks havoc on your body and hormones. Read and revise from
Textbooks n notes if you are studying in evening and night.

3. Restrict your phone usage entire day , keep google search time in day or early evening.

4. Dont consume caffeine post 6 pm. Dont overconsume food in dinner . Stop eating after stomach feels 80% full.

5. A lil physical activity like stretching 30-40 min walk yoga can help you a lot in sleep.

I know I know
You dont have time to do all this
You are preparing for CSP ‘26
Its time consuming

The same I used to tell my father.
Big mistake !!!
Follow all of the above and success will come to you sooner

Remove distractions and unproductive activities ,
You ll find time .
