Ethiopian Exhibition Trade
On April 7, COMECON, in collaboration with the School of Commerce, organized a visit to the Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration to explore the Ethiopian Export Exhibition. The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to Ethiopia’s diverse export sector and its growing role in the global market.
Participants explored a wide range of export products and services, from Ethiopia’s renowned coffee and rich spices to emerging service exports, gaining insight into value chains, quality standards, and international market requirements. The exhibition highlighted the country’s potential, innovation, and competitiveness across multiple industries.
Beyond the displays, students engaged with exhibitors and professionals, learning about real-world challenges, opportunities, and the evolving landscape of trade and export development in Ethiopia.
