Open your app then go to ACCESS tab and then add the email of second heroku account.
(For free emails, search #custom-domain)
Now go to SETTINGS of that app and then scroll down, under Transfer app, select your 2nd Account.
Now click on transfer APP & then open 2nd account, here you see the app. So simply open it and then accept the transfer.

->This is not an Error, just something to prevent abuse. Use Incognito mode to solve this, and use one incognito tab to create only 1 Shared Drive otherwise it will produce same output.
3.Captcha verification: invalid-or-already-seen-response
->Close the currently opened web page and open Incognito mode and then create new Shared Drive because you can solve only one captcha per attempt.
4.I am getting Error code 403 or 404 while trying to copy or clone data to/from Shared Drives and Error 400 when trying to create Service Accounts, how to fix?

Generated shared drives are not public (unless you make them so) but the domain admins/owners can see the content in the drives if they wanted to.
A. Avoid uploading personal/private files to the shared drives and only use it for files you don't mind others being able to access. Use Google "My Drive", Mega or other cloud drives which only you have access to if you must store personal/private files in the cloud.
B. Use encryption to protect the content you upload to shared drives. If files are properly encrypted then not even the domain admins/owners would be able to see what the actual content of the file is.
Two options for file encryption:
• Rclone crypt
• Air Explorer Encryption Protocol
