Some Insights into Mobilization in Russia. Part 2.

The Conflict Intelligence Team, in collaboration with volunteers, has been releasing daily summaries since Russia launched its “partial” mobilization in September 2022. Based on the data collected over the past year, we are now unveiling a series of reports that provide more comprehensive insights into Russia’s mobilization efforts. In the first installment of this series, we examined the initial stage of the mobilization, with a focus on how mobilized soldiers were distributed across training centers. For this installment, released a year after the mobilization had been declared, we will explore its subsequent phase—the allocation of mobilized soldiers to units within the Russian Armed Forces.
