Strikes on Civilian Infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia: Oct. 12-13, 2025 CIT Volunteer Summary
Over the past 24 hours, at least 10 civilians were killed and 26 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Chernihiv region, a man was killed and a woman injured when a UAV struck a store in the town of Semenivka.
In the Sumy region, a woman suffered an acute stress reaction following a UAV strike in the city of Sumy.
In the Kharkiv region, a man who was injured on Oct. 11 during an attack on the village of Blahodativka sought medical assistance. A man was injured in a UAV strike on the city of Izium, and a woman was wounded in the village of Svitanok.
In the Donetsk region, one civilian was killed in an airstrike on the town of Siversk, and another person was killed in an airstrike on the village of Yurivka.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, a married couple was killed when a UAV struck a car in the village of Preobrazhenka.
In the Kherson region, several civilians sought medical assistance: a woman injured on Oct. 5 during an attack on the village of Bilozerka; a man wounded in a strike on the city of Kherson on Oct. 9; and another man injured during the attack on Kherson on October 11. Two women were injured when a UAV hit a store in Bilozerka, and a man and a woman were wounded in an attack on Kherson.
In the Odesa region, a man was injured during a UAV attack in the Odesa district.
In the occupied territories of the Donetsk region, a man was killed in the village of Lozove by triggering an explosive device, and another man was injured in Horlivka when a UAV dropped an explosive munition.
In the occupied territories of the Kherson region, a woman was killed during an attack on the town of Hola Prystan. A woman suffered severe injuries when a UAV dropped a munition on the village of Bekhtery. A man and a woman were injured when a UAV attacked a store in the village of Nova Maiachka. Between the villages of Serhiivka and Chornianka, a driver was injured when a UAV struck his car.
In the Belgorod region, Russia, a combine harvester driver was injured when a UAV hit his vehicle near the village of Bochkovka. A civilian was killed in a UAV strike on a parking lot in the village of Dorogoshch.
In the Rostov region, Russia, two people were injured when a UAV crashed into a private house in the town of Belaya Kalitva.
Additionally, it was reported that a young woman who suffered severe injuries in the Sept. 24 UAV strikes on Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region, has died in hospital. A man injured in a UAV strike on a car in the village of Novopavlivka, Zaporizhzhia region, on Oct. 12, has also died. A man wounded in an attack on Kherson on Oct. 6 sought medical assistance. Two boys born in 2010 and 2009 were reported injured in the Oct. 12 UAV attack on a bus in Horlivka, occupied Donetsk region. Two more men sought medical assistance after being wounded in the Oct. 12 UAV strike on a gas station on the road between Rakitnoye and Belgorod.

Over the past 24 hours, at least 11 civilians were killed and 93 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Sumy region, one person was wounded in a UAV attack on the Myropilska rural community. A married couple sustained injuries in a UAV strike on a private residence in the town of Seredyna-Buda.
In the Kharkiv region, five residents were injured in a series of strikes and UAV attacks on the town of Kupiansk. 57 patients were wounded in an airstrike on a medical facility in the city of Kharkiv. One person sustained injuries in a UAV attack on a civilian car in the village of Novomykolaivka.
In the Donetsk region, it has been reported that three residents were killed in a series of strikes on the town of Pokrovsk on Sept. 3, Oct. 7 and Oct. 12. A volunteer was wounded in a UAV attack on a civilian car in the town of Kostiantynivka. Two people were killed and four others were injured in a series of airstrikes on Kostiantynivka. One resident sustained injuries in a series of airstrikes and UAV attacks on the town of Lyman.

In the village of Pohreby, a UAV directly hit a private house, killing a six-month-old girl, her 12-year-old cousin and their mother. In the area of Velyka Dymerka, falling drone fragments caused the death of a man. A gas station worker was injured in a strike on the town of Ukrainka.

Over the past 24 hours, at least 11 civilians were killed and 85 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Kyiv region, a combined missile and UAV attack on the city of Kyiv killed a married couple and injured another 30 people. In the city of Brovary, a woman born in 1941 was injured by falling missile debris. In the village of Pohreby, a UAV directly hit a private house, killing a six-month-old girl, her 12-year-old cousin and their mother. In the area of Velyka Dymerka, falling drone fragments caused the death of a man. A gas station worker was injured in a strike on the town of Ukrainka.
In the Kharkiv region, a UAV strike on the city of Kharkiv killed a municipal worker and injured another ten people, including a five-year-old girl. In the Olkhovska community, a tractor driver was injured when his vehicle triggered an explosive device.
In the Donetsk region, two people were killed and one was injured by air-dropped bombs in the town of Kostiantynivka. Another civilian was wounded in a UAV attack on the town.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, a man was injured in a UAV strike on the city of Nikopol.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, a UAV attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia injured 15 people, including a 6-month-old baby, as well as a 7-month-old and a 13-year-old boy.
In the Kherson region, a woman was injured in an attack on the village of Komyshany. In the city of Kherson, ten people were injured as a result of shellings, and one more person was injured in a UAV attack. A woman was injured by an attack on the highway between Novodmytrivka and Tomyna Balka. In Novodmytrivka, a man was wounded after a drone dropped an explosive device.
In the Poltava region, a security guard was injured in a UAV strike targeting an oil and gas industry facility in the Myrhorod district.
In the Bryansk region, Russia, a man was killed and another injured in a UAV strike on the village of Andreykovichi.
In the Kursk region, Russia, two people were injured when a tractor was hit by a UAV on the Giri–Peschanoye road.
In the Belgorod region, Russia, a driver was injured in a UAV strike on special equipment in the village of Golovchino. In the town of Grayvoron, a man was wounded during an attack. In the village of Kukuyevka, a UAV attack on a car killed one man and injured two others.
