Over the past 24 hours, at least 10 civilians were killed and 88 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Sumy region, one person was wounded in an attack on the Seredyna-Buda community. Artillery strikes killed one resident in the village of Hrabovske and injured one other in the village of Mykhailivske.
In the Kharkiv region, five civilians were killed and 55 others, including three children, were wounded in a missile strike on the town of Izium.
In the Donetsk region, one person sustained injuries in an attack on the village of Bahatyr. One resident was killed in a combined strike on the town of Pokrovsk. One civilian was wounded in an MLRS strike on the village of Rubtsi.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, one civilian was killed and one other was injured in a kamikaze drone attack on the Synelnykove district.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, one resident sustained injuries in an airstrike on the town of Huliaipole.
In the Kherson region, one person was wounded in an attack on the village of Zelenivka. One resident was killed in a series of strikes on the village of Nadezhdivka. One civilian was injured in a UAV attack on the village of Mykilske. Two residents sustained injuries in a series of UAV strikes on the city of Kherson. One person was killed due to the shelling of the village of Mylove. One resident was wounded in a UAV attack on the village of Stanislav. One civilian sustained injuries in a UAV strike on the town of Beryslav.

Stalling the Advance: Russian Forces Exhausted or Preparing for the Battle of Pokrovsk?
Since December, the pace of Russian advance has been steadily declining, and over the past week (Feb. 3-9), it amounted to only 7.5 sq. mi of Ukrainian territory. This is the slowest rate of Russian territorial gains since June of last year. Although the rate of advance over a given period does not always precisely reflect the situation on the frontline, such a prolonged and pronounced decline cannot be attributed to random or localized factors. Instead, it reflects broader trends within the opposing armies. The two most likely explanations are presented in the article below:

Strikes on Civilian Infrastructure in Ukraine and Russia: February 12-13, 2025 CIT Volunteer Summary
Over the past 24 hours, at least 3 civilians were killed and 32 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Sumy region, three residents were wounded in a UAV attack on the Yunakivka rural community. One person sustained injuries in a combined strike on the Esman rural community. One civilian was injured in a UAV attack on the Verkhnia Syrovatka rural community.
In the Kharkiv region, one resident was wounded in a strike on the village of Kozacha Lopan.
In the Donetsk region, a series of airstrikes killed one resident and injured five others, including a teenager, in the city of Kramatorsk, wounded two people in the village of Katerynivka and injured one civilian in the village of Komar. One person sustained injuries in an attack on the village of Nykyforivka.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two residents were injured in a series of combined strikes on the Nikopol district.
In the Kherson region, two civilians were killed and three others were wounded in a series of combined strikes on the city of Kherson. Two people, including a teenager, were injured by a drone-dropped munition in the village of Sofiivka. One resident sustained injuries due to the shelling of the village of Komyshany. Two people were wounded in a UAV attack on the village of Vesele. One civilian sustained injuries in an artillery strike on the village of Rozlyv.
In the Odesa region, one resident was wounded in a series of kamikaze drone attacks on the Izmail district.
In the occupied territories of the Donetsk region, one person was injured by a drone-dropped munition in the city of Horlivka. One resident was wounded by the detonation of an explosive device in the town of Marinka.
In the Lipetsk region, Russia, one resident sustained injuries in a UAV attack on the city of Lipetsk.
In the Belgorod region, Russia, one person was wounded in a UAV strike on the village of Novoye.
Additionally, it has been reported that in the Belgorod region, Russia, one person was injured in the village of Kolykhalino as a result of previous strikes.

In the Donetsk region, one person was killed and another was injured in an airstrike on the village of Shevchenko. Two residents sustained injuries in a combined strike on the town of Kostiantynivka. One civilian was killed in an attack on the town of Pokrovsk.
In the Zaporizhzhia region, a series of airstrikes killed two people in the village of Preobrazhenka and wounded another in the town of Huliaipole.

Over the past weekend, at least 8 civilians were killed and 28 others were injured as a result of strikes.
In the Sumy region, one person was injured in the Sumy community in a UAV strike.
In the Kharkiv region, a resident was injured in an attack on the village of Petro-Ivanivka.
In the Donetsk region, two civilians were injured on Feb. 13 in a UAV strike on the village of Katerynivka. One person was injured in a UAV attack on the village of Novodmytrivka on Feb. 15. Two civilians were killed in a strike on the town of Bilytske on Feb. 16.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, one person was killed and another injured on Feb.16 in a strike on the city of Nikopol.
In the Kherson region, a man injured on Feb. 10 by a drone-dropped munition in the village of Antonivka died in the hospital. Two police officers were injured on Feb. 12 in a UAV strike on a checkpoint in the Kherson district. On Feb. 14, three people were injured in the shelling of the city of Kherson. On Feb. 16, a resident was injured in an attack on Kherson, and one person was wounded in a strike on the village of Poniativka.
In the Mykolaiv region, a 64-year-old man was injured in a Shahed-131/136 kamikaze drone attack on the city of Mykolaiv during the night of Feb. 15-16.
In the occupied territories of the Donetsk region, three people were injured in an attack on the city of Horlivka on Feb. 15. On Feb. 16, a teenager was wounded by the detonation of an explosive device in the village of Yalynske, and a man was injured in a similar incident on a road in Horlivka. That same day, two more people were injured in a strike on Horlivka.
In the Kursk region, Russia, on Feb. 14, a resident was injured by a drone-dropped munition in the Belovsky district. On Feb. 16, a man was wounded in the shelling of the village of Korenevo.
In the Belgorod region, Russia, a woman sought medical assistance after being injured in an "aerial attack" on the village of Repnoye on Feb. 11. On Feb. 16, a UAV attack on a civilian vehicle killed one woman and injured another. In a similar attack in the village of Dvuluchnoye, a man was wounded. In the village of Repyakhovka, a man was injured in an attack by two UAVs. In the village of Grafovka, three men were killed in a UAV strike on a vehicle.
In the Volgograd region, Russia, on Feb. 15, one person was injured in the city of Volgograd by falling UAV debris.
Energy infrastructure: During the night of Feb. 15-16, a massive kamikaze drone attack on Mykolaiv completely destroyed the city's power generation. As a result, 46,000 households—over 100,000 people—were left without heating.
