QHSE TRAINER
The QHSE trainer is responsible for providing training to employees on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental issues. They develop and deliver training programs, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training, and make improvements as needed.
They also provide support to employees in identifying and assessing risks, developing safety plans and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
The QHSE trainer works closely with management and other departments to ensure that the organization is meeting its QHSE goals and objectives.
The position of the QHSE Trainer includes the following qualifications:
• Knowledge and experience with QHSE regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
• NEBOSH IGC or NEBOSH O&G certificate.
• TOT certificate.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
• Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Quality Management
• Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) are often preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in QHSE training, ideally in an industrial or engineering setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety plans and procedures.
