🇺🇸 🇵🇸 🇮🇱 The U.S. will remove the aid pier in Gaza due to weather and may not put it back after groups stopped deliveries, officials say.

🔶️ The pier built by the U.S. military to bring aid to Gaza has been removed due to weather to protect it, and the U.S. is considering not re-installing it unless the aid begins flowing out into the population again, U.S. officials said Friday.

🔶️ While the military has helped deliver desperately needed food through the pier, the vast majority of it is still sitting in the adjacent storage yard and that area is almost full.

🔶️ The pause came after the Israeli military used an area near the pier to fly out hostages after their rescue in a raid that killed more than 270 Palestinians, prompting a U.N. security review over concerns that aid workers’ safety and neutrality may have compromised.

🇲🇦 🇮🇱 🇪🇸 Morocco allows Israeli warship to dock after Spain refused

🔶️ The Moroccan authorities allowed an Israeli warship to dock in the port of Tangier to allow its crew to replenish fuel and food supplies en route from the US, after the Spanish government refused the vessel permission to use its ports. The decision by Rabat has been condemned by the National Action Group for Palestine in the kingdom.

🔶️ An Israeli online news site reported that the INS Komemiyut arrived in Israel from the US after stopping in Morocco to obtain supplies. It said that it confirmed this from informed sources as well as through ship records. “This deepens defence cooperation between Israel and Morocco,” the site added.

"Len Pen's Land"

The final opinion polls before the French election have been released, and Le Pen's National Rally is in a strong lead.

They are by far the largest party in the polls, leading with roughly 37% of the vote.

But more significantly, Le Pen's party has shown as winning a majority of seats in several of the latest polls.

This would make National Rally the first Nationalist party of any description to take power in Western Europe.

Le Pen is already preparing to challenge the established order of the Republic. Wanting to take the foreign policy and defence remits traditionally reserved for the president for herself.

Madame Le Pen has also said she wants to take any budgetary authority the president has traditionally exercised and make use of it herself.

While Jordan Bardella, Le Pen's pick for Prime Minister, has said he will not allow French troops near active conflict zones such as Ukraine or Israel.

Madame Le Pen and Jordan Bardella will have much to prove once they get into office. Will they govern for the benefit of the native French?

Will they slow and reverse the Great Replacement? Abandon neoliberal economics? Push for fundamental Reform of the European Union?

It remains to be seen, but if they are the first nationalists to win a majority they have a great responsibility to prove the viability of their ideas.

"A Nationalist Look at National Rally's Immigration Policies"

White Papers takes a look at the immigration policies put forward in National Rally's recently released manifesto titled L’Union Fait la France.

Madame Le Pen and her protégé, Jordan Bardella make a series of sweeping promises wrapped up in grand language.

Ending birthright citizenship, deporting illegal criminals, amending the constitution, and restricting immigrant access to benefits.

The party also promises to radically reduce legal immigration, a very necessary step to reverse the demographic trends of the Great Replacement.

Still, the policies put forward by National Rally seem insufficient for their self-proclaimed task of preserving the French nation.

More than 2 million immigrants in France entered the country illegally, but Le Pen focuses only on the criminals.

And while the manifesto promises to radically reduce legal immigration it does not go into detail as to how.

Le Pen has, in the past, made promises to denaturalize and deport criminals and fraudsters, but this pledge did not make it into the current manifesto.

Nationalists can only hope that Le Pen and Bardella's intentions are much broader than those laid out in their published election paper.
