In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful
God Almighty said: {Then whoever commits aggression against you, commit aggression against him in the same way as he committed aggression against you. And fear Allah, and know that God is with the righteous.} God Almighty has spoken the truth.

The American-British enemy, as part of its support for the continued Israeli crime in Gaza, launched a brutal aggression against the Republic of Yemen with seventy-three raids, targeting the capital, Sanaa, and the governorates of Hodeidah, Taiz, Hajjah, and Saada. The raids led to the death of five martyrs and the injury of six others from our armed forces.

The American and British enemy bears full responsibility for its criminal aggression against our Yemeni people, and it will not go unanswered and unpunished.

The Yemeni armed forces will not hesitate to target sources of threat and all hostile targets on land and at sea in defense of Yemen, its sovereignty and independence.

This brutal aggression will not dissuade Yemen from its position of support and support for the oppression of the Palestinian people, and the Yemeni armed forces confirm their continued prevention of Israeli ships or those heading to the ports of occupied Palestine from navigation in the Arab and Red Seas.

God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs, the best protector, and the best helper

🇺🇸 ❌ 🇺🇸 The Texas Military Department confirms the TX National Guard has seized control of Shelby Park in Eagle Pass (city property where mass illegal crossings are), and is restricting Border Patrol from accessing the area, saying the Feds “perpetuate illegal crossings”. This is the area where Border Patrol has been cutting TX razor wire. Razor wire and fences are now deployed to block the area off from the public and federal government.

Texas Military Department statement:

“The Texas National Guard has maintained a presence with security points and temporary barrier in Shelby Park since 2021. The current posture is to prepare for future illegal immigrant surges and to restrict access to organizations that perpetuate illegal immigrant crossings in the park and greater Eagle Pass area.”

🇺🇸 ❌ 🇺🇸 In overnight DOJ filing, Feds confirm that the TX National Guard “has deployed armed soldiers and vehicles to block federal gov from accessing the river” in Eagle Pass, & TX informed them no BP agents will be allowed to enter Shelby Park “in any operational capacity”.

This is a significant escalation by Texas after Feds fought to remove TX water barriers and razor wire, & DOJ is suing TX over its new border security law. This is potentially setting up to be the biggest state vs federal fight in a very long time.

Last week, the United States Department of Justice announced that it will be suing Texas to stop enforcement of Texas Senate Bill 4, a law intended to allow Texas law enforcement to help enforce federal immigration law. You can read the complaint here.

If I were advising Governor Abbott, here’s what I would tell him: You are uniquely situated to be a hero by acting to stop the long-standing immigration crisis. The State and much of the nation are standing ready to support you in this effort. Here is what you must do: pose a credible threat of noncompliance with any federal order, whether administrative or judicial, that would stop you from doing what is necessary to protect Texas, and more than that, the American nation. You could call this the Old Hickory Option: “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it!”
