Ye Arrow ๐Ÿน ๐Ÿป
Boley Hill, The Precinct, #Rochester, #Kent #ME1

Ye Arrow is a traditional English pub/restaurant in with views from the pub's garden of the historic castle & cathedral. The town itself is a historical gem and it's Pubs do it justice.

The Corruption Of Western Tradition

Words, like actions, have changed the way we behave as human beings. Those we should have most respected, cherished & learnt from, became unimportant bores to propagandised generations.

The impressive (Norman built) cathedral behind me is on a Saxon settlement. I reject Abrahamic religion & it's roots, but understand it's political/historical significance to European history. This location is as pleasing to the heart as eye, thus my decision to stand here.

Loving your own, isn't the same as hating others. ๐Ÿค

The Eagle Tavern ๐Ÿป ๐Ÿฐ
124 High St, #Rochester, #Kent, #ME1

Built on the site of the moat which once surrounded the great City walls. It was from this location, during the nineteenth century, that coaches departed for #Maidstone each morning at around nine o'clock & the Hope omnibus left for #London three mornings a week. Guess we'll have to get back there and make an episode seeing as we missed it, as well as the many other chapters of Rochesters history that desperately need covering. ๐Ÿค

I love #Rochester
