The Adam & Eve #RIP

Address: 126 Abbey Rd, #WestHam, #E15
Damaged during the #Blitz on the 1st July 1944, #WW2 and was reopened 2nd April 1948. It was finally closed for good 1994.
The Blade Bone #RIP
Address: 185 #BethnalGreen Rd, #E2
First opened in 1823 and destroyed during the #WW2 Blitz bombings. It was rebuilt but now exists only as a memory.
#German prisoners would leave their camps and drink with British soldiers before being returned to their cells during #WW2. The war may have been a waste but the lessons we'll learn from it aren't.
Never again. 🍻
