So, I just took and hour to relax a little and turned on a Gold mining show on Discovery.
80% of the commercials are for murder shows, garbage food and best yet….Pharmaceuticals for depression and psoriasis.
I can’t figure out why people are so low frequency.
The Gold show was great though, minus the unnecessarily added drama.
Lots of Gold shows and commercial or two….wonder what’s coming?!

I want people to realize health is a "Battle" everyday.
We eat 99% clean everyday as a family, even on vacation. We take copious amounts of supplements. You wouldn't imagine how many supplements we took just on vacation with us. It's a lifestyle and we work our asses off on it as a family.
I took 10 Cataplex B-Core today just because I like the taste of them and they keep my heart and cardiovascular system strong. Also keeps my heart rythm great...I used to have a pre-ventrical contraction.
The reason I post this as I sit here relaxing on our last night before heading home is that EVERY SINGLE DAY I am shocked how the American human body is still standing after all the shit they have and will put in their body.
We are literally eating, drinking and breathing in Bioweapons everyday and have been since the day we were born.
Some would even say, Why would I want to work as hard as we do eating well and taking supplements while Americans drink, eat, medicate and vaccinate themselves and still keep standing and laughing away at the bar?
Why? Because they are living fake lives. Their bodies are fake. They won't last the long term.
They are living in a prison, both physically and mentally.
It's an absolute Honor to take care my body the way I do. I absolutely adore watching my wife take care of her body and mind the way she does and I absolutely love, admire and adore the time, energy, money, and more that she helps put into our daughter to make sure her body, mind and soul work as best as possible.
I KNOW this. God/Source reward those who are working for it.

Health is the journey of taking care of our bodies, minds and spirits.
