Veganism and Vegetarianism are detrimental to human health and can open you up to not only Covid issues, but also wide open for Vaxx damage.

Animal proteins, collagen, organs and fats will protect you exponentially.

I can't argue Veganism and Vegetarianism (NO PROCESSED OR COMPLEX CARBS) for the short term or as an elimination diet.

As an elimination diet, people can feel amazing, no doubt.

However, while you're feeling amazing detoxing, your tissues are breaking down and it cannot be sustained long term.

Every Vegan/Veggie ends up saying the same thing.

There are so many abandon long term because the detox effect wears off and then they can see their tissues, mainly muscle and bones, wasting away as a long term effect.

The human cellular structure is composed of and protected by a lipid bi-layer.....AKA....Fats!

Where does the "Bioweapon" and Spike Protein latch onto? The lipid bi-layer.

If EVERY single cell you have in the human body along with your ENTIRE Nervous System (Immune System) are composed of Fat.
