Trump Teases Third Term — Is the GOP Nothing Without Him?

Donald Trump jokingly suggests a third term, but the reaction reveals deeper cracks in the Republican Party. With voters shifting to independent thinking, is the GOP heading for a total identity crisis without its MAGA kingpin?

Many don't want to believe Candice but she was not lying. These were confirmed on the Charlie Kirk show as real. Now I really don't believe the FBI narrative .... Too much hands on money coming from that country and they will do EVERYTHING to cover it up to keep the $$$ flowing. FYI I'm not antisemitic for speaking freely about a country or it's leadership that has proven they rather put their interests above #AmericaFirst.

Guiding Lights (Go Right Anthem)

https://youtu.be/MB22Ta61F-A?si=dzBkNU0_bK1W3aOl

Verse 1
Truth fades in the neon haze,
Freedom’s voice is hard to raise,
Screens glow red, blue wars ignite,
But I still chase that guiding light.

They say comply, don’t ask why,
Just scroll and nod beneath the sky,
But I’m not wired to bow or hide,
I was born to stand and fight.

Pre-Chorus
I can’t sleep, I’m seeing lies,
Flashing through the pixel skies,
The world’s been coded, hearts on file,
But liberty still drives my style.

Chorus
I said — I’m running through these guiding lights,
Till truth burns through the endless night,
We Go Right, hearts alive in motion,
Stars and stripes, our true devotion.

Verse 2
They call it peace while chains are tight,
Call it safe while they rewrite rights,
But I see hope where banners fly,
We’re not done — we multiply.

Every voice they try to mute,
Becomes an anthem breaking through,
The louder they close in control,
The brighter burns the patriot soul.

Bridge
Red, white, and truth collide,
Freedom’s pulse won’t be denied,
The algorithm can’t erase,
The fire in the human race.

Final Chorus
I’m running through these guiding lights,
No censorship, no compromise,
We Go Right — through every storm,
To keep our Constitutional form.

Is Faith Freedom or a Weapon Against It?
#GoRight with Peter Boykin

https://gorightnews.com/is-faith-freedom-or-a-weapon-against-it/

Freedom of religion doesn’t mean freedom to rule others by religion.
It means freedom of faith, and freedom from forced faith.

When our Founding Fathers wrote the Constitution, they didn’t create a Christian nation. They created a Constitutional Republic where belief is protected, but imposition is forbidden. That’s why the First Amendment says Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion. No one’s church defines the law for everyone else.

The Supreme Court’s decision in Obergefell v. Hodges (2015) didn't erase faith. It simply affirmed that civil marriage, the legal contract between two consenting adults, is not owned by any one religion. Churches can still define marriage however they want. But the government cannot.

Those who say “Marriage is only between a man and a woman” are expressing a religious belief, not a constitutional argument. They are free to hold that belief, but not to force it onto others through government power. That would be a violation of the very freedoms they claim to defend.

If the Supreme Court ever overturned Obergefell, it wouldn’t be “correcting a mistake.” It would be undermining the First and Fourteenth Amendments, and handing government the power to decide whose love counts. That’s not liberty, that’s theocracy in disguise.

When Faith Becomes Law, Freedom Dies
#GoRight with Peter Boykin Commentary:

This isn’t about faith, it’s about freedom.

A government that can take away one group’s right to marry based on someone else’s religion can take away your right to worship, speak, or live as you choose.

The line between church and state doesn’t exist to keep faith out of life. It exists to keep life free from tyranny, religious or otherwise.

If we truly want to protect freedom of religion, we must also defend freedom from religion in government. Because liberty doesn’t choose sides, it protects them all.

When the Government Shuts Down, So Does the Dinner Table

https://gorightnews.com/when-the-government-shuts-down-so-does-the-dinner-table/

Are We Prepared to Survive Ourselves?

As the government shutdown collides with winter, millions on food assistance face hunger while Democrats exploit the chaos and Republicans lose focus.

This #GoRight commentary asks if America can still stand on its own, or if dependency has already won.

#GoRight with Peter Boykin Commentary:

Let’s be honest. America has gotten soft.

We have traded grit for convenience, community for dependency, and resilience for comfort. When the government stops, the nation freezes. When the supply chain breaks, our shelves go empty. We have become a society that cannot last a week without a system we no longer control.

We were once a people who prepared for winter by working, storing, and helping each other. Now we prepare by complaining and waiting for Washington to act.

This is not just a shutdown. It is a mirror. A reflection of how fragile we have become.

Both political parties are failing in their own way.

The Democrats exploit every crisis, using fear as currency. They promise to feed and protect you but only if you keep them in power.

The Republicans too often ignore real suffering while chasing symbolic fights. While they argue about bathrooms and drag shows, people are struggling to pay rent and buy groceries.

The result is a vacuum of leadership. And into that vacuum steps dependency.

When people lose faith in their ability to provide for themselves, they turn to whoever promises the easiest answer. That is how socialism grows. That is how freedom dies.

This is the lesson of every civilization that forgot the value of work and self-reliance. Rome had bread and circuses. We have subsidies and streaming.

If the SNAP program stalls this winter, the story will not just be about hunger. It will be about the erosion of a culture that once took pride in survival. A culture that built barns before winter, not political excuses after.

Freedom is not about how much help you get. It is about how much you can endure without it.

When the government shuts down, do you have enough to feed your family? Do you know your neighbor well enough to share what you have? Do you have skills that matter when systems fail? These are the questions America must ask before another crisis arrives.

Our Republic was not built by bureaucrats. It was built by farmers, workers, and dreamers who understood that liberty means responsibility.

If we want to keep that liberty, we must restore that responsibility. We must once again become a nation that knows how to survive without waiting for orders or handouts.

Freedom is not fragile. But people can be. And the only way to protect it is to grow strong again.

When the government shuts down, it should not take your willpower with it. Because a people who depend on Washington for their next meal are not free. They are subjects.

Let us not become subjects of a failing system. Let us become citizens of a Republic worth defending.

That is the real American comeback story.

When Faith Hijacks Politics: Are We Losing the Republic We Were Meant to Be?

https://gorightnews.com/when-faith-hijacks-politics-are-we-losing-the-republic-we-were-meant-to-be/

Faith Should Guide the Heart, Not the Ballot Box is a bold reflection on the growing divide between religious conviction and constitutional responsibility in American politics. It reminds readers that the true strength of the United States lies in its balance, faith in God, faith in liberty, and faith in one another. When any of these are lost, our Republic falters.

This piece challenges conservatives to lead with compassion, accountability, and constitutional integrity rather than moral superiority or political zealotry. It calls for a return to principle over passion, where freedom is preserved not by preaching righteousness, but by practicing restraint.

At its core, this article is a warning and a plea: if America forgets how to balance its moral compass with its founding principles, it will not be socialism that destroys the nation, it will be our own hypocrisy.

What happens when the Party of Lincoln forgets what it stands for?

Peter Boykin, founder of Gays for Trump, Constitutional Conservative, and Former 2024 candidate for North Carolina Lieutenant Governor, takes on the hypocrisy eating the Republican Party from the inside.

This isn’t about right or left. It’s about leadership versus theater, truth versus tribalism, and the freedom to think for yourself in a world that demands blind loyalty.

From his run for office to the struggle of being openly gay in conservative politics, Boykin pulls no punches. He exposes the double standards, the fear of “identity politics,” and the silence that too many confuse with strength.

This is a call to wake up the GOP before it loses the Republic it claims to defend, a warning, a challenge, and a reminder that freedom is not just for those who fit the mold.

Watch, listen, and share if you still believe liberty belongs to everyone.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING - The Special Thanksgiving Episode of #GoRight with Peter Boykin

Welcome to a special Thanksgiving edition of Go Right. Today we take a break from the political chaos to look at something deeper. Gratitude. History. Legacy. And the truth behind how Thanksgiving became the national holiday we share across this Constitutional Republic.

Most people know the story of Pilgrims and turkeys, but very few know the woman who spent decades fighting to make Thanksgiving a unifying holiday for the entire nation. Sarah Josepha Hale. A widowed mother of five, a writer, an editor, and the author of “Mary had a little lamb.” Her persistence helped push President Abraham Lincoln to declare the last Thursday of November as Thanksgiving Day.

In this special episode, you will hear the spoken word tribute to the Godmother of Thanksgiving and a powerful drum and bass Thanksgiving anthem reminding us that even when the political world feels like whiplash, gratitude remains a foundation for strength.

This episode celebrates family, faith, history, and the American spirit that refuses to break no matter how divided Washington becomes. If you are spending this holiday with family, friends, or even alone, this is your reminder that the fight for the truth and the defense of our Constitutional Republic continues, and we remain thankful for every patriot who stands up.

It is time to Go Right.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Is Alamance County Quietly Becoming One of North Carolina’s Most Politically Important Battlegrounds?

https://gorightnews.com/is-alamance-county-quietly-becoming-one-of-north-carolinas-most-politically-important-battlegrounds/

As the new year begins, Alamance County is quietly emerging as one of the most important political battlegrounds in North Carolina. While national attention remains locked on Washington, real power is shifting closer to home through open legislative seats, contested sheriff races, county commissioner elections, and internal party struggles that will shape local governance for years to come.

This Article and episode of #GoRight with Peter Boykin breaks down how local offices often overlooked by voters determine taxes, public safety, school funding, and the enforcement of laws that affect everyday life. From the open State House seat to growing challenges inside Alamance County’s Republican leadership, this commentary explores why accountability and integrity matter most where decisions actually stick.

The discussion also includes a candid personal reflection on supporting long-time leadership, confronting party pressure, and recognizing when perspective and integrity may no longer align with the needs of a changing county. With new voices like Billy Clayton gaining attention, citizens are being forced to ask whether experience alone is enough, or whether fresh leadership grounded in humility and integrity is needed to move the county forward.

This is not a partisan rant. It is a warning about civic neglect, a call for vigilance, and a reminder that a Constitutional Republic survives only when citizens pay attention to the power closest to their lives.

Watch, listen, and decide for yourself whether Alamance County is simply changing, or finally being seen.

Is North Carolina defending common sense, or quietly expanding government power over identity?

In this episode of #GoRight with Peter Boykin, we break down North Carolina’s new rule defining sex as male and female and banning state funding for gender transition surgeries and medications. Supporters are calling it a conservative win. Critics are calling it scientifically ignorant. But the real story is deeper and far more important.

This is not just a debate about gender. It is a debate about state power, individual liberty, and constitutional restraint.

From a Constitutional Republic perspective, the question is simple but uncomfortable:
Does limited government mean less authority over personal identity, or only less authority when it is politically convenient?

We examine where the state has legitimate authority over taxpayer funding and where it crosses the line into defining citizens for administrative convenience. We discuss the biological reality of intersex individuals, the difference between refusing public funding and regulating private life, and why conservatives weaken their own principles when they invite government into personal identity.

This episode challenges both sides to slow down and ask the hard question Republicans often avoid:
If government can define identity today because it feels “common sense,” what stops it from redefining liberty tomorrow?

This is not culture war commentary. It is constitutional analysis.
It is not about approval. It is about restraint.
And it is a reminder that liberty erodes quietly when power is normalized selectively.

Watch, share, and decide whether we are defending conservatism or redefining it out of convenience.

https://gorightnews.com/is-the-republican-party-strong-enough-to-survive-its-own-gatekeepers/

Is the Republican Party Protecting Liberty or Policing Identity to Feel Comfortable?

Who Gets Locked Out When Parties Police Identity Instead of Power?

In this episode of #GoRight with Peter Boykin and the article, we confront an uncomfortable truth inside the Republican Party. The growing divide is not between conservatives and liberals. It is between constitutional principle and institutional comfort.

As the founder of Gays for Trump and a longtime conservative activist, Peter Boykin breaks down how conservatism has increasingly been redefined by some as religious enforcement or culture war resistance rather than a commitment to constitutional limits on government power.

This commentary challenges the idea that LGBTQ conservatives must minimize or hide their identity to be accepted. It examines how gatekeeping inside the party weakens outreach, suppresses dissent, and undermines the very liberties conservatism claims to protect.

The episode also explores LGBTQ voter realities, including why millions of gay Americans are not Democrats, why many vote Republican or independent, and how equal protection under the law is not a partisan demand but a constitutional one.

This is not an attack on faith, family values, or conservatism. It is a defense of a Constitutional Republic where civil rights are not conditional and liberty is not enforced selectively.

Watch, share, and join the conversation.

Is the Republican Party Protecting Liberty or Policing Identity to Feel Comfortable?

Is the Republican Party Strong Enough to Survive Its Own Gatekeepers?

https://gorightnews.com/is-the-republican-party-strong-enough-to-survive-its-own-gatekeepers/

#GoRight with Peter Boykin Commentary

A Constitutional Republic does not survive by demanding silence from those who expose its contradictions. It survives when citizens are willing to challenge their own side before power hardens into habit and habit hardens into authority.

What we are witnessing inside the Republican Party right now is not a fight between conservatives and liberals. It is a struggle between constitutional principles and institutional comfort. Between liberty as a boundary on government and tradition being repurposed as a tool of enforcement.

Part of this conflict comes from a growing confusion over what “conservative” even means.

For some, conservatism has become a matter of religion. For others, it has merged into an identity defined by being “anti woke,” which too often collapses into being reflexively anti gay rather than constitutionally grounded. These views are usually sincerely held, but sincerity does not automatically make them compatible with constitutional limits.

For people like me, those versions of conservatism can feel less like a philosophy and more like a warning label.

My conservatism is different.

To me, conservatism means conserving our system of government. Conserving our way of life through the framework of the Constitution. Conserving limits on power so that no political majority, cultural trend, or moral panic can turn rights into privileges.

That is why I reject the idea that being openly gay, unapologetically visible, and outspoken about equal protection somehow places me outside the conservative movement. The Constitution does not require me to shrink myself to fit a political coalition. It requires the government to restrain itself from choosing winners and losers under the law.

I also reject the framing that says my identity should not “matter” to be accepted. That argument sounds reasonable until you follow it to its logical conclusion. If identity truly does not matter, then it should never be used as justification for denying civil rights, redefining marriage through the state, or carving exceptions into constitutional guarantees.

Some Republicans say, “I am an American first.” So am I. That is precisely why I will not accept a government that treats some Americans as provisional.

Conservatism was never meant to be a permission structure. It was meant to be a limit. A limit on how far the state can go into our lives, our families, our contracts, and our choices. When a party platform begins to sound like a moral licensing board instead of a constitutional restraint, something fundamental has gone wrong.

This is not about rejecting family values. Strong families exist across this country in many forms. They raise children, pay taxes, build communities, serve this nation, and contribute to its stability. The state does not strengthen families by narrowing their definition. It strengthens families by getting out of the way and allowing civil society to function freely.

And when organizations inside the party decide they get to determine who is “acceptable,” who is “too loud,” or who must be sidelined for refusing to conform, that is not unity. That is controlled opposition wearing a friendly label.

I will work with anyone acting in good faith to expand liberty. I will oppose anyone, regardless of party, who treats constitutional rights as conditional.

Because if we only defend liberty when it is comfortable, then we do not believe in liberty at all.

That is the conservatism I stand for. Not religious rule. Not ideological purges. Not culture war loyalty tests.

A conservatism that conserves the Constitution itself.

Are North Carolinians Finally Rejecting Business As Usual Politics?

#GoRight with Peter Boykin Commentary

https://gorightnews.com/is-north-carolinas-political-engine-breaking-or-realigning/

There is a quiet lie that lives comfortably in government buildings.
It is the lie that nothing is wrong as long as the process keeps moving.

Committees meet. Sessions open and close. Press releases get issued. Budgets arrive late. And citizens are told that this is governance.

But the people of North Carolina are no longer buying that story.

What we are witnessing is not a sudden partisan surge. It is fatigue. It is distrust. It is the realization that leadership that cannot act eventually loses the consent it depends on.

For years, the state has been sold an image of balance. Divided power. Careful maneuvering. Incrementalism framed as responsibility. The result has been paralysis.

A legislature that delays while infrastructure ages.
Agencies that leave positions vacant while budgets expand.
Leadership that treats gridlock as normal rather than dangerous.

At some point, citizens stop asking who is winning the political game and start asking why the game never seems to serve them.

That moment is now.

When Republicans surpassed Democrats on the voter rolls, it was not simply a partisan achievement. It was a warning. Voters did not move because they were inspired. They moved because the old alignment stopped making sense.

And notice this carefully. Unaffiliated voters are still the largest group. That is not apathy. That is skepticism. That is, citizens are refusing to sign blank checks to institutions that keep failing.

Then came the audit.

More than one billion dollars in lapsed salaries. Positions approved. Money allocated. Work undone. Years are passing quietly.

This is the kind of failure that never becomes a campaign slogan but absolutely reshapes elections. Nothing erodes trust faster than learning government claims scarcity while wasting abundance.

This is not ideological. It is credibility.

A Constitutional Republic does not survive on branding. It survives on accountability. Power must justify itself continuously, not just during elections. When government grows comfortable with delay, opacity, and managerial decay, citizens respond in the only way left to them.

They disengage from old loyalties.
They reshuffle registration numbers.
They send warnings before they send verdicts.

Republicans have been handed an opportunity, not a mandate. Voters opened a door, not offered blind trust. If that opportunity is wasted on internal squabbles or symbolic fights, it will vanish quickly.

Democrats face a harder reckoning. You do not lose a century-long advantage by accident. You lose it when leadership grows insulated from consequence.

And the unaffiliated majority is watching both sides. They are not demanding ideological purity. They are demanding proof of competence.

This moment is not left versus right. It is stagnation versus responsibility. It is whether leadership understands that legitimacy must be earned through performance.

The numbers are real.
The frustration is real.
The patience is thin.

The question hanging over Raleigh is simple.

Are North Carolina’s leaders ready to govern, or are voters preparing to replace anyone who treats power as a waiting room instead of a duty?

Because business as usual is ending, whether the political class is ready or not.
