Here is some explanations about BFS-Access.
You can use NFTs to access to your games, your accounts or use them as specific pass.
For example someone having a lot of followers on some social network will be able to sell his account easily. He just have to sell the NFT on opensea for example. The buyer have the access to the account.
No need to sell credentials or wallet address you just have to sell the NFT.
It can be use for accessing to a game too. Someone can sell his account after having a lot of things on the game or just because he don’t want to play anymore. Same things you just have to sell or transfert the NFT.
The Dapp is live and works in beta version. It’s available on the testnet and on mainet.
It’s hardly recommended to test it on the testnet for free to see if it fetch exactly with the use case. On testnet there is no fees for creating the NFT

If you refer to the price on CoinGecko keep in mind sell orders are generally higher and buy orders are generally cheaper. Most of the time people wants to buy cheaper and sell higher.
Keep in mind the sell price is the price someone ask for his token so you buy at this price. It’s not the price you’ll sell your token !
Buy orders can’t be higher than sell orders on every order book!
