Brandon Lutnick, son of U.S. Commerce Sec. Howard Lutnick and Cantor Fitzgerald chair, is launching a $3B Bitcoin SPAC with backing from Tether, Bitfinex, and SoftBank.
The SPAC, Cantor Equity Partners, raised $200M and will help form 21 Capital, seeded with $3B in $BTC, valuing #Bitcoin at $85K per coin.
