BiT-CDC has successfully completed a three-month training program known as Full Stack Development Training in collaboration with Minab Tech Solution (HaHu Jobs) PLC.

The graduation ceremony commenced with a speech by Dr. Mekuanint Agegnehu, Deputy Scientific Director for Research and Community Service, emphasizing the importance of skills for the job market. He expressed appreciation to the company for fulfilling its social responsibility with such commitment and dedication.
This collaboration marks the second time that BiT-CDC has partnered with Minab Tech Solution for this skill-based program.
As Mr. Habtamu Alemayehu, Coordinator for BiT-CDC, said industries are undergoing significant automation and digitization, which will impact the skill requirements for university students to stay competitive. With job roles changing, new technological and digital skills must be developed.
Preparing graduate students for future employment is a key challenge of our time, yet most universities do not address this adequately in their formal education.
To address this, BiT-CDC introduced a skill-based training and competition program in early 2022, one of which is the Full Stack Development Training.
After the orientation, 204 students enrolled for homework assignments, and the number increased to 68. Trainers from the company were sent to provide three months of training to the selected trainees in Back-end development, Front-end development, and Mobile app development. Initially, there were 44 trainees, but only 32 completed the program by the end of the week.
The training encompassed various topics such as single file components, component depth, reusability, routing, Vue, npm package manager, CSS frameworks, tailwind setup, HTML and CSS recap, JavaScript design, front-end design, Figma, Router and local storage, GraphQL, single-page apps, Vue.js, database and DBMS, characteristics and types of databases, Docker and Hasura, Dart programming, Flutter introduction, setting up Flutter SDK, widgets, network requests, data persistence, state management, and tools.
According to Mr. Kaleab Mezgebu, Co-founder and Operation Manager, two out of three trainees will be recruited for graduate internship opportunities.
The training concluded with trainees expressing their gratitude for the valuable experience and opportunities provided. Certificates and recognition were awarded to Minab in acknowledgment of their involvement.

በማዕከሉ አሰልጣኞች(Facilitators) ለሶስት ወራት ያሰለጠናቸውን የ2015 ዓ/ም የፓሊ እና የፔዳ ተመራቂና 95 የደረጃ አካዳሚ አክሰለሬተር ፕሮግራም ሰልጣኞችን ሰርተፊኬት በመስጠት በትናንትናው እለት አስመረቀ። ሰልጣኞቹ በቆይታቸው የፊት ለፊት(Face to Face) እና የኦን-ላይን(Online) ስልጠናዎችን ወስደዋል ተብሏል።
የማዕከሉ አስተባባሪ እና የደረጃ አካዳሚ አሰልጣኝ(Facilitator) መምህር ሀብታሙ ዓለማየሁ የፕሮግራሙን አላማ ሲያስረዱ እንዳሉት ተማሪዎች በመደበኛው የመማር ማስተማር ሂደት ሊያገኟቸው የማይችሏቸውን እና በስራ ገበታ ብዙ ድርሻ ያላቸው እውቀቶች እና ክህሎቶችን ማስጨበጥ ነው ብለዋል። በተጨማሪም የተማሪዎቹን የፈጠራ አቅም እና የተቀጣሪነት ክህሎት የሚጨምሩ የተግባቦት፣ ራስን የማወቅ፣ ራስን የማስተዋወቅ፣ የፈጠራ ችሎታ፣ የገንዘብ አያያዝ፣ የእቅድ አወጣጥ እና ትግበራ ከስራ ፍለጋ ክህሎት ኮርሶች ጋር በሶስት ወራት ጊዜ ውስጥ መሰልጠናቸውን ተናግረዋል።
ሰልጣኞቹ የስራ ፈጠራና የስራ ፍለጋ ክህሎቱና እውቀቱ ያላቸው በመሆኑም በተለየ ስራ እድል የማግኘት አቅማቸው እንደሚጨምር የገለጹት አሰልጣኙ ፕሮግራሙ ከAfrica Jobs እህት ኩባንያ ከሆነው ደረጃ ጋር በመተባበር እንደተዘጋጀ ተናግረዋል።
የማዕከሉ አስተባባሪ ስለ Resilient Mindset ቁልፍ መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል። በስራ ገበታ የልቦና-ውቅራችን(Mindsets) እንዴት ማስተዋል እንዳለብን ተጠቁሟል። እራስ ላይ መስራት በሙያ እድገት እጅግ መልካም የሚባል አስተዋጽኦ እንዳለው ተገንዝቦ አስቦ ማደግን (Intentional Growth) እንዲለማመዱ አሳስበዋል። በመጨረሻም ለተመራቂዎቹ የእንኳን ደስ አላችሁ መልዕክት በአሰልጣኝ ቡሩክ የኔሁን እና አግማሴ አጋዤ ተነግሮ ሰርትፊኬት ተሰጥቷቸዋል።
