❤️ 6–7 cups cold water 💧
❤️ Ice 🧊

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Blend peaches with sugar and a splash of water until smooth 🍑
2️⃣ Strain through a fine sieve for a silky texture (optional)

3️⃣ Juice the lemons and set aside 🍋

❤️ 1 NY strip steak

❤️ 1 avocado, cubed
❤️ Cherry tomatoes, halved

For the Roasted Carrots

❤️ 900 g carrots, peeled
❤️ 2 tbsp olive oil
❤️ 1 tsp smoked paprika
❤️ 1/2 tsp garlic powder
❤️ 1 tsp oregano
❤️ 1 tsp Aleppo pepper or chili flakes
❤️ Salt and black pepper

For the Herby Yogurt Tahini Base
❤️ 1 cup thick Greek yogurt
❤️ 1/4–1/3 cup tahini
❤️ Zest and juice of 1 small lemon
❤️ 1 garlic clove
❤️ Small handful fresh dill (about 2 tbsp)
❤️ Small handful fresh parsley (about 2 tbsp)
❤️ 1 tbsp olive oil

For Toppings
❤️ 3 tbsp crushed walnuts or pecans
❤️ 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill, mint, parsley)
❤️ 1–2 tbsp honey
❤️ 30 g feta, crumbled
❤️ Aleppo pepper or chili flakes

👩‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 230°C. Cut thicker carrots lengthwise for even roasting.

2️⃣ Toss carrots with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and Aleppo pepper. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 18–20 minutes until tender and slightly blistered.

3️⃣ Blend or whip Greek yogurt with tahini, garlic, dill, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4️⃣ Spread the yogurt-tahini base onto a serving plate. Top with warm roasted carrots.

5️⃣ Finish with crushed nuts, fresh herbs, crumbled feta, a drizzle of honey, and chili flakes.

For the Mac & Cheese
❤️ 450 g frozen broccoli florets, thawed and roughly chopped
❤️ 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
❤️ Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
❤️ Toasted panko breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until very al dente (1–2 minutes less than package instructions). Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain.

2️⃣ Melt butter in a pot over medium-high heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute until smooth.

3️⃣ Slowly add milk in small batches, whisking constantly until fully incorporated and smooth.

❤️ 2 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
❤️ 1/3 cup heavy cream
❤️ 1 tbsp sour cream
❤️ 2 garlic cloves, minced (or garlic powder)
❤️ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
❤️ Salt and black pepper

For the Chimichurri
❤️ 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
❤️ 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped

❤️ 1 tbsp garlic butter
❤️ Colossal shrimp, seasoned

For the Sautéed Asparagus
❤️ Asparagus
❤️ Olive oil
❤️ Lemon juice
❤️ Parmesan
❤️ Salt and black pepper
❤️ Garlic powder

👩‍🍳 Directions


1️⃣ Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Drain, return to pot, and mash. Mix in cream, sour cream, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Combine parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chili flakes, oregano, olive oil, and red wine vinegar to make chimichurri. Set aside.

3️⃣ Let steak rest, then cube and season with Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.

4️⃣ Heat garlic butter in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites for about 2 minutes per side, then toss briefly and remove.

5️⃣ In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink and golden on both sides.

6️⃣ Sauté asparagus in olive oil and season with lemon juice, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until tender-crisp.

7️⃣ Plate garlic Parmesan mash, top with steak and shrimp, add asparagus on the side, and finish generously with chimichurri.
