🥩 Ingredients (for 4 portions)
For the kebabs:
❤️ 50 g breadcrumbs
❤️ 100 ml milk
❤️ 700 g minced beef
❤️ 1 large onion (finely chopped)
❤️ 1 handful of parsley (chopped)
❤️ 2 tbsp Ajvar (mild)
❤️ 1 tsp olive oil
❤️ ½ tsp chilli flakes
❤️ ½ tsp caraway
❤️ 1–2 tsp salt
❤️ ¼ tsp cinnamon
❤️ ½ tsp cumin
❤️ ½ tsp pepper
For the potatoes:
❤️ 1 kg firm-cooking potatoes
❤️ 50 g soft butter
❤️ 1 clove of garlic (chopped)
❤️ 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
❤️ 2 tbsp salt
❤️ 1 tbsp sweet paprika
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top-/bottom heat (or 180 °C convection heat)
2️⃣ Kebabs:
Soak the breadcrumbs in milk.
Add the minced beef, onion, parsley, Ajvar, spices & oil and knead well.
Form elongated kebabs – about as large as the potatoes.
3️⃣ Potatoes:
Wash the potatoes and cut them into fan shapes (don't cut all the way through).
Stir the butter with garlic, parsley, salt & paprika and spread it over the potatoes – also put some in the gaps.
4️⃣ Put everything in the dish:
Alternately place the kebabs and potatoes in a large baking dish.
Distribute the cherry tomatoes in between. 🍅
5️⃣ Sauce:
Stir the Ajvar with hot water and pour it evenly over everything.
6️⃣ Bake:
Cover with aluminium foil or a lid and bake for 35 minutes.
Then remove the foil and bake for another 20–25 minutes until the potatoes are golden brown and everything is aromatic.

🥣 Ingredients
👉 For the dough:
❤️ 1 cup of lukewarm milk
❤️ 1 cup of lukewarm water
❤️ ½ cup of oil
❤️ 1 egg white (eggyolk for brushing)
❤️ 1 packet of instant yeast
❤️ 1 tsp of salt
❤️ 3 tbsp of sugar
❤️ 4½ – 5 cups of flour
❤️ 1 tbsp of butter (after the first kneading)
👉 For the filling:
❤️ Breakfast chocolate or nut-nougat cream
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Lightly warm the milk & water. Mix all ingredients (except flour & butter).
2️⃣ Gradually add flour – first 4 cups, then as needed until a soft dough is formed.
3️⃣ Let rest for 10 minutes, knead in the butter & let the dough rise.
4️⃣ After rising, form 15 equally sized pieces.
5️⃣ Roll each piece with a little flour into a circle (about the size of a plate), add filling in the middle & braid or roll as in the video.
6️⃣ Mix egg yolk with 1 tsp of oil & 1 tsp of milk, brush the Poğaça with it.

❤️ 500 ml Chicken broth
❤️ 200 ml Water
❤️ 1 handful chopped Parsley
👩🏻🍳 Preparation
1️⃣ Finely dice onion & garlic, chop parsley.
2️⃣ Halve chicken breast lengthwise and season (Salt, Pepper, Paprika or Chicken seasoning).
3️⃣ Melt butter in a large pan, sauté onion for 1–2 min, briefly sauté garlic.
4️⃣ Add Orzo, toast briefly, then deglaze with broth & water. Simmer for approx. 10–12 min.
5️⃣ Meanwhile, heat oil in a second pan and fry chicken golden brown for 3–4 min per side.
6️⃣ After cooking time, stir in Parmesan, cream cheese, cream & parsley, simmer for 1 more minute.
7️⃣ Slice chicken into strips and serve on the creamy Orzo pasta.
