Crispy Potato Salad — the perfect combo of crunchy, creamy & fresh!🥔
Pepper Potato Salad
Ingredients:
❤️ 12-13 small potatoes
❤️ olive oil
❤️ 1 tsp Black pepper
❤️ 1 tsp Paprika
❤️ 6 tablespoons yogurt
❤️ 3 tablespoons mayo
❤️ 1/2 lemon juice
❤️ Salt
❤️ 1 whole cucumber
❤️ 30 g green onions
❤️ 30 g fresh parsley
❤️ 30 g fresh dill
❤️ 1 red onion
❤️ 3 - 4 garlic cloves
Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the small potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 15–20 minutes.
2️⃣ Transfer them to a baking tray and gently smash them using a glass.
3️⃣ Drizzle olive oil on top, then add paprika and black pepper.
4️⃣ Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ In a large bowl, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6️⃣ Add the chopped cucumber, green onions, parsley, dill, red onion, and garlic. Mix everything together.
7️⃣ Once the potatoes are done, cut them into pieces and add them to the salad.
8️⃣ Mix gently, and it’s ready to serve!

HONEY BBQ CHICKEN TACOS with Garlic Parsley Butter🌮
Ingredients (for 6-7 tacos):
❤️ 2 big chicken breasts (about 400 - 500g)
❤️ 1 red pepper
❤️ 1 red onion
❤️ Tortilla wraps (10–15 cm)
❤️ Shredded mozzarella
❤️ 3 tbsp BBQ sauce
❤️ 1 tbsp honey
❤️ BUTTER SAUCE : Melted butter, Garlic powder and Fresh parsley
SEASONING:
❤️ 1 tsp chili flakes
❤️ 1 tsp salt
❤️ 1 tsp black pepper
❤️ 2 tsp paprika
Steps:
1️⃣ Slice the chicken and add the seasoning.
2️⃣ In a hot pan with a bit of oil, sauté the chopped onion and red pepper on one side, and cook the chicken on the other.
3️⃣ Once the chicken is cooked, remove it and shred it using two forks.
4️⃣ Add it back into the pan with the veggies, then stir in 3 tablespooon of BBQ sauce and 1 tablespoon honey.
5️⃣ For each tortilla wrap, are the one side with the mix.
7. Remove all the mix and to the same pan, put the other side of the wrap, then add mozzarella, and the chicken mix and fold in half.

❤️ 1 tsp garlic powder
❤️ Salt & black pepper to taste

❤️ 3 garlic cloves (minced)
❤️ 2 glasses of chicken broth (plus pasta water if needed)
❤️ 2 glasses of milk (any kind: dairy, soya, coconut…)
❤️ 300–400g cooked pasta
❤️ 150g cheese (cheddar & mozzarella mix)
Steps:
1️⃣ Season the chicken: In a bowl, drizzle olive oil over the chicken breast. Add fajita seasoning, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt & black pepper. Mix well.
2️⃣ Cook the chicken: In a large pan, cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add sliced onions and peppers. Cook until soft. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 min.

GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN SKEWERS🍢
Ingredients : For 6-8 skewers
For the chicken marinade:
❤️ 700-800g chicken breast
❤️ 1 tbsp Skyr or plain yogurt
❤️ 1 tbsp olive oil
❤️ 1 tbsp smoked paprika
❤️ 1 tbsp garlic powder
❤️ 1 tbsp onion powder
❤️ Juice of ½ lemon
❤️ 1 tsp salt
❤️ 1 tsp black pepper
❤️ 1 or 2 tbsp grated parmesan
❤️ 1 tbsp dried parsley
For the sauce to coat the skewers after baking:
❤️ 50 to 70g butter
❤️ 1 tbsp chili flakes
❤️ 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
❤️ 2 tbsp fresh parsley
❤️ 2 to 3 tbsp grated parmesan
❤️ A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cut the chicken breasts into small, even cubes.
2️⃣ Place the chicken in a bowl.
3️⃣ Add Skyr, olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley.
4️⃣ Mix everything well to coat the chicken.
5️⃣ Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for more flavor).
6️⃣ Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers.
7️⃣ Place the skewers on a grill pan or a baking rack over a baking sheet (to catch any drips).

Puff Pastry Stuffed Bananas with Crispy Kadaif & Pistachio Cream 🥐🍌
crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside… this is next-level dessert and so easy to make!
Ingredients:
❤️ 3 - 4 Bananas
❤️ 230 gr Puff pastry
❤️ Kadaif (shreded phylo dough)
❤️ 20 gr Butter
❤️ 3 tbsp Pistachio cream
On top:
❤️ Powdered sugar
❤️ Crushed pistachios
Here’s how I made it:
1️⃣ Take a banana and slice it down the middle (not all the way through).
2️⃣ Use a small spoon to scoop out a bit and create a hollow center.
3️⃣ In a pan, toast some kadaif (shredded phyllo dough) with butter until golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Mix it with a spoonful of pistachio cream.
5️⃣ Fill the hollow banana with the kadaif-pistachio mix.
6️⃣ Cut your puff pastry into long vertical strips.
7️⃣ Wrap the banana with the strips.
8️⃣ Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 20–25 minutes or until golden.
9️⃣ Once baked, drizzle more pistachio cream on top, dust with powdered sugar, and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.

Crunchy Japanese Long Fries with garlic mayo parmesan sauce 🥔
📝 Ingredients:
❤️ 3–4 big potatoes
❤️ 80–100 g cornstarch
Seasoning :
❤️ 1 tsp onion powder
❤️ 1 tsp garlic powder
❤️ 1 tsp dried parsley
❤️ 1 tsp salt
❤️ 2 tsp paprika powder
❤️ 2 tsp black pepper
Garlic mayo sauce (aioli):
4 tbsp Mayo
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
Parsley
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Olive oil
On top : parmesan, parlsey, and garlic mayo

1️⃣ Peel and boil potatoes for 20–25 mins until soft.

Salmon Crispy Rice Salad
Spicy, crunchy, creamy🍚🥗
Ingredients: (2 servings)
For the crispy rice:
❤️ 200-250gr cooked rice
❤️ 2 tbsp soy sauce
❤️ 2 tbsp sriracha
❤️ 1 tbsp sesame oil
For the salmon:
❤️ 1 salmon fillet
❤️ Olive oil
❤️ 1 tbsp garlic powder
❤️ 1 tbsp chili flakes
❤️ ½ tbsp black pepper
❤️ ½ tbsp salt
❤️ A little butter for cooking
For the spicy peanut sauce:
❤️ 3 tbsp peanut butter
❤️ 2 tbsp sriracha
❤️ 1 tbsp honey
❤️ Juice of ½ lemon
❤️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
❤️ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
❤️ 1 tsp white sesame seeds
❤️ ½ glass of hot water
For the salad:
❤️ Cucumber (chopped)
❤️ Green onions (chopped)
❤️ Fresh coriander
❤️ Edamame
❤️ Red bell pepper (diced)
❤️ Dill
❤️ Avocado (sliced)
❤️ Roasted peanuts (crushed)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the crispy rice:
Spread the cooked rice in a baking dish.
Mix with soy sauce, sriracha and sesame oil.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 30–35 minutes until crispy.
2️⃣ Prepare the salmon:
Rub the salmon with olive oil and seasoning mix (garlic powder, chili flakes, black pepper, salt).
Cook in a pan with a little butter until golden and flaky.
3️⃣ Make the sauce:
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sriracha, honey, lemon juice, garlic, rice vinegar, sesame seeds and hot water. Stir until smooth.
4️⃣ Assemble the salad:
In two bowls, divide the crispy rice and all other ingredients evenly.
Top with the cooked salmon and drizzle the peanut sauce generously.

Crispy Rice Paper Pockets with Spinash and Cheese
✨Ingredients :
❤️ Rice paper sheets: 12 round
❤️ Egg: 1
❤️ Water: 100 ml
❤️ Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Filling:
❤️ Feta cheese: 180 g
❤️ Shredded mozzarella: 100 g
❤️ Baby spinach: 200 g
❤️ Egg: 1
❤️ Salt if it’s needed
❤️ Seasoning: paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Whisk the egg with soy sauce and water. Briefly dip two rice paper sheets at a time into the mixture — ⚠️ just enough to soften slightly. They should still be firm enough to hold their shape.
2️⃣ In a pot, heat the spinach until wilted.

Crunchy Sushi Burrito with Spicy Sriracha Mayo
📝 Ingredients (For 4 burritos)
For the spicy mayo sauce
❤️ 6 tbsp mayonnaise
❤️ 3 tbsp Sriracha
❤️ 1 tsp garlic powder
❤️ 1 tsp salt
❤️ 1 tbsp rice vinegar
❤️ 1 tbsp honey
❤️ Juice of ½ lemon
For the burritos
❤️ 16 rice paper sheets
❤️ 1 cup (or glass) cooked sushi rice
❤️ 8 sheets nori (seaweed)
❤️ ½ cucumber, sliced
❤️ 1 carrot, sliced
❤️ 1 onion, caramelized
❤️ Cream cheese
❤️ ½ avocado, sliced
❤️ Crispy shrimp (or substitute with tuna)
❤️ Crispy fried onions
❤️ Black & white sesame seeds
❤️ A little oil (for pan-frying)
🥢 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the sushi rice: Combine 1 cup sushi rice with 2 cups hot water, bring to a boil, then simmer until water is absorbed.
2️⃣ Caramelize the onion: Slice your onion into rings. In a pan, melt butter and cook the onions until golden brown—add 1 tsp honey if you’d like them sweeter.
3️⃣ Make the sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayo, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, rice vinegar, honey, and lemon juice. Set aside.
4️⃣ Soften rice paper: Quickly dip each rice paper sheet in water—about 5 seconds per side. Don’t let them get too soft.
5️⃣ Assemble: Lay 4 rice papers flat in a + shape (one up, one down, two left/right). In the center place 2 nori sheets vertically. You can spread a little cream cheese to help them stick.
• Add a generous spoonful of sushi rice in the center.
• Add a layer of cream cheese next to it, then caramelized onions, carrot, cucumber, crispy shrimp (or tuna), and avocado.
• Drizzle with spicy mayo, then sprinkle crispy onions on top.
6️⃣ Fold burrito:
• Fold the top and bottom rice papers inwards toward the center of the nori.
• Then fold the right side paper over the filling, tuck in the edges, and roll tightly toward the left.

❤️ 1 tbsp honey
❤️ 4 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
❤️ 2–3 tbsp water
For the cheesy dip (optional but delicious!):

Ingredients: (in one jar)
