❤️Garlic (1 whole head, top trimmed off) — about 40 g (1.4 oz)
❤️Cremini mushrooms (thinly sliced) — 200 g (7 oz)
❤️Paprika — 1 tbsp (15 mL)
❤️Oregano — 1 tbsp (15 mL)
❤️Olive oil — 2 tbsp (30 mL)
❤️Cream cheese (plain or herb-flavored) — 150 mL (⅔ cup)
❤️Heavy cream (20–30% fat) — 200 mL (¾ cup + 1 tbsp)
❤️Salt and pepper — to taste

Instructions:
❤️Preheat the oven to 180°C.
❤️In a baking dish, combine sliced onion and cremini mushrooms. Sprinkle with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Place the garlic head in the center, drizzle everything with olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
❤️Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
❤️Remove the baking dish from the oven. Squeeze the soft roasted garlic from its skin into the dish. Add cream cheese and heavy cream, stirring until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.

Ingredients:
Tart:

❤️Pie dough: 1 sheet (250g / 8.8 oz)

❤️Parmesan, grated: 30g / 1 oz (⅓ cup)
❤️Butter: for greasing
❤️Olive oil: 70ml / 2.4 fl oz
❤️Salt and pepper: to taste
Basil Walnut Pesto:
❤️Fresh basil: 2 cups (60g)
❤️Walnuts: ¼ cup (30g)
❤️Garlic: 2 cloves
❤️Salt: ¼ tsp
❤️Black pepper: ½ tsp
❤️Parmesan, grated: ¼ cup (25g)
❤️Lemon juice: 1 tsp
❤️Olive oil: 2 tbsp

Instructions

❤️Pesto: Blend basil, walnuts, garlic, salt, pepper, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Drizzle in olive oil until coarse. Store in fridge with oil layer (up to 1 week).
❤️Veggies: Thinly slice zucchini, eggplant, tomato, and carrot using a slicer (carrot very thin). Blanch carrot 2-3 min in salted water.
❤️Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease pan. Fit dough in pan, spread pesto, sprinkle mozzarella. Roll veggies into spirals, place tomato in center, arrange tightly.

Instructions
❤️Preheat your oven to 180°C . Gently clean the whole mushrooms with a damp cloth, removing stems if desired.

Ingredients:

❤️ Vegetable oil
❤️ Chicken breast (seasoned with paprika & Italian seasoning)
❤️ Garlic
❤️ Red onion
❤️ Soya cream or coconut cream
❤️ Paprika
❤️ Italian seasoning
❤️ Salt
❤️ Tagliatelles
❤️ Parmesan
❤️ Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the seasoned chicken breast until golden. Remove and set aside.
2️⃣ In the same pan, add butter and sauté minced garlic and chopped red onion until fragrant.
3️⃣ Pour in the soya or coconut cream, then add paprika, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir well.

For the caramel:

In a saucepan, add 2 tbsp of sugar and stir once the sugar starts to melt.

Ingredients (4 burgers):

🔥 For the tuna mixture:

🥢 For the sauce:
❤️ 4-5 tbsp mayo
❤️ 3 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the sushi rice for 10-15 minutes, then let it cool in a bowl. Mix in 1 tbsp of rice vinegar.

2️⃣ In another bowl, mix the tuna with mayo, Sriracha, and chopped red onion.

3️⃣ Prepare the sauce by combining mayo and soy sauce in a bowl.

4️⃣ Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface and spread a small handful of rice in the center.

❤️ 12-13 small potatoes
❤️ olive oil
❤️ 1 tsp Black pepper
❤️ 1 tsp Paprika
❤️ 6 tablespoons yogurt
❤️ 3 tablespoons mayo
❤️ 1/2 lemon juice
❤️ Salt
❤️ 1 whole cucumber
❤️ 30 g green onions
❤️ 30 g fresh parsley
❤️ 30 g fresh dill
❤️ 1 red onion
❤️ 3 - 4 garlic cloves

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place the small potatoes in a pot of water and boil for 15–20 minutes.
2️⃣ Transfer them to a baking tray and gently smash them using a glass.
3️⃣ Drizzle olive oil on top, then add paprika and black pepper.
4️⃣ Bake in the oven at 200°C (350°F) for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ In a large bowl, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
6️⃣ Add the chopped cucumber, green onions, parsley, dill, red onion, and garlic. Mix everything together.
7️⃣ Once the potatoes are done, cut them into pieces and add them to the salad.
8️⃣ Mix gently, and it’s ready to serve!
