Our preliminary investigation suggests that a former contractor may have gained unauthorized access to our systems, potentially through our support chat platform, Intercom used in 2018. As a result, the perpetrator might have access to information submitted via Intercom, including chat history, IP addresses, and email addresses.

We strongly recommend that you change your passwords immediately and refrain from responding to any questions or solicitations received via email. Please be aware that Beluga will not initiate contact requesting sensitive information. Do not share any keys or personal information with anyone claiming to be from our team.

We are actively working with legal counsel and relevant law enforcement authorities to resolve this issue and safeguard your data. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and support as we address this matter.
