It was claimed to be carried out by #Turkey. But oddly, the attack looks to be carried out with a kamikaze UAV? โwith a shape (triangle?) similar to #Iranian Shahed-131/136.
It's known that Iran has carried out attacks on bases of various Kurdish groups (mostly in Northern Iraq/KRG) and oil tanker belonging to an Israeli billionaire.
The refinery(s) in Syria were likely targeted by Iran with Shahed kamikaze drone(s); yet, Turkey took the false responsibility due to their air raids against YPG.
