It is quite possible that this Russian Navy convoy (st. Andrew's flag) might take part in upcoming celebrations of the Day of Russian Navy which is scheduled on 26th of July. It is probably 810th Detached Brigade of Naval Infantry, which is a part of Black Sea fleet. It is currently deployed in Sevastopol. Or, it might be a part of Combat Readiness check in the Southwest of Russia. Crimea and Sevastopol are a part of Southern Military District.
